My wife and I stayed here in November.Half the reason we travel is to sample local food. The chef Gonzalo at the hotelito is world class. Its rare to see someone so passionate about food in every detail.I would go back here just to eat.WHEN we go back to p.v. even if we didnt stay here we would go just for the...

Stopped by this venue last week as a possible site for business acquaintances that will be in the area on a regular basis . As we arrived by boat we were immediately contacted by security with the sole purpose of escorting us from the property . We were not allowed to view any of the amenities , rooms etc. At...

We discovered Hotelito Mio while taking a boat ride down the coast. We spent our next vacation/honeymoon there (October 2012), and the service was fantastic. The food-unmatched. The Playa Caballo beach was deserted the entire time. This is the type of place you would imagine celebrities would seek out. Privacy, amazing gourmet food and drinks, and romantic bungalows. The staff...

I spend my 10th anniversary there... First, I was worried that the hotel had great photos but not real..I was totally backwards...although the parking lot needs some care (looked like a favela)... Everything else is fantastic.. Food is awesome, everything... Suggestion, bring your booze from the city...

You can’t ignore is the natural beauty at Hotelito Mio. The #nofilter worthy colors. The kamikazi birds diving head first for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The “could it really be that loud?!” noise of the waves. Upon arriving, we were promptly handed warm towels to wash off the feeling of home and a blended mango drink we eagerly sipped down...

This is a gem, reachable only by boat. We did an adventure day with Vallarta Adventures (zip line, waterfall rappelling...) and had the hotel pick us up (by boat) at the end of this tour (rather than taking the VA speed boat back to marina in PV). They were early, helped us with our gear and were really nice. I'd...

We spent part of our honeymoon here and had the most amazing time. The location is gorgeous, you are collected in a boat and have a short walk along a beautiful beach. Our villa was beautiful with fantastic views of the ocean. The service was outstanding as was the food and everyone made our stay so memorable. I couldn't recommend...

We spent the day as our friend were staying (for the record amount of time at Hotelito Mio) over winter break. What an amazing treat! The boat picked us up at Mismaloya and took us for the day. We were taken to the main office (after a little walk on the beach and through the path of a few residences,...

My husband and I stayed at the wonderful Hotelito Mio for both Xmas and New Year's celebrations. It is a very unique place because you can only access it by boat. There are 8 villas: 4 on the water and 4 in the jungle. We stayed in a villa on the water and are glad we did as the steps...
