Hotel clerk Amanda was very rude when trying to check in, she was openly disinterested in her job. She took several phone calls during the check in process repeatedly telling the caller she could not hear them and making them call back on a different number. When we got yo the room it had a chair with cigarette burns on...

First dealing was dealing with rude front desk clerk (Amanda), who was unwilling to help with my revised reservation and made me call and straighten it out. Once in the room, we found broken bed, cigarette burned chair, broken floor tile in bathroom, suck A /C, no hair dryer, horrible small TV, should I go on? This ranks in the...

Not Clean, need staff, smelled bad. My husband was not to carry over 50 pounds because of stents in his heart. Also they told us that we would not have to do this. They also told us we would have a mic & ice box,not so.

On July 4, 2014, my husband and I arrived at 8:30 a.m., weary from traveling, only to be met by an obnoxious and nasty-looking clerk (he looked like someone from the "Night of the Living Dead"). The clerk's appearance was as nasty as his attitude, when he informed us we were not allowed to check in until 3:00 pm and...

This national chain has a cancellation policy that SUCKS big time. You have to cancel by 3 PM the day BEFORE you expect to arrive. If you get sick or your transportation breaks down or someone in your family dies and you have to change your plans suddenly at 5 PM that day BEFORE you are expected....tough luck. You will...

I booked this "hotel" (motel) online. Arrived and immediately realized it would not be a pleasant experience when I saw mothballs at the front door. Opened our hotel room door and the smell immediately hit me. Picked up the phone to call the front desk and phone didn't work. Bathroom was outdated. Room had an apparent leak, the big brown...

Was clean had everything we needed and did the job. Cheap. Worth the money. Not first time stayed there and will not be last. Pillows are...

When I walked into the office, the horrible smell was totally apparent. I should have run then, but wanted to give it a chance. Walking into the room was like being in the Twilight zone. The place was not fit for humans. It was shabby, unkept, dirty, smelly. Keep in mind that I was not expecting the Hilton, but this...

Stayed here overnight while visiting casino. The room was musty, wallpaper peeling off walls, hinge for safety lock on door missing, furniture in bad shape. According to website, hotel is 5 years old, looks more like 50 years old. Parking lot not paved, all gravel. Railroad directly across street and at 4am, a train came through blowing it horn. Anytime...

I was in shock when I saw this place. It was a two room suite. I thought it was going to be great for me and my grown daughters. We were attending the Gary Allen concert. Truly,it was like a crack house...blinds falling down, broken, no curtains. Anyone could look through the windows and see you. Dirty, smelly, mildew, carpet...
