Horrible . Roaches and if you complaint they kick u out or stay with the “ only” room available. Staff it’s worst that the roach room. Where do I put my pictures of this horrible place. I am still traumatized.
This place is really bad, when we got there we were given a key to check out the room, driving around to the back of the place there were a couple of young thug looking young adults just hanging out, going up to the 2nd floor where the room was there was a balled up disposable diaper in the hallway, Then the key didn't work when I tried to get in, went down to the office and was told" Oh yeah, that doors key doesn't function", if I needed to get in and out I would have to get in touch with security. Upon entering the room the carpet was well worn and filthy, I lifted the sheets to check the mattress and it was almost as filthy as the carpet, needless to say I went down to the office and told them I didn't like the room, no charge. I must say, in all my years of traveling for work I have stayed at many Inn Town Suites, but this one was the worst, InnTown Suites shouldn't even have their name on this dump. 1 Star is even to generous…
Sold my house and needed a place for 3 weeks before moving. Did not look at reviews. Went to check-in and offered to.check out room. Constant highway traffic. Furniture was marred and gouged. Towels were extremely thin and small. Manager said that the towels are given away to guest at check out. No way I was staying here 3 weeks. To his credit, the manager allowed me to cancel with no charge.
Why don't they close this place down... I booked for a weekend and when I got to the room ...it had no shower curtain, toilet paper, towels, tissues, soaps, and the furniture looked like it was from a salvage center. When I told them I was not going to stay in such a nasty place and wanted my money back... The woman told me that they gave no refunds. Thank god my sister made room for us at her place and I was out all that money. Please people ... DO NOT STAY HERE
This is the second complaint I've sent in pertaining to this location. We're were locked out the room the whole stay. I had to call everytime we needed to get into the room. I requested the manager several times no hope. I had to call at least 12 times each time to enter the room. I requested another room several times. They said they were full but I saw empty rooms. They put all the white people in the nice rooms in the lower front they called show rooms. The room was horrible I was in. I called and spoke to the manager Brandon Hernandez after check out and he went off on me. Cursed me out and called me a racist bi**h. Then he hung up several times. I'm a minority and he accused me of being racist. He had no accountability for the situation. He w6 screaming yelling and didn't let me put in the complaint. I will never stay away any intown again in my life and will tell everyone I know. They are racist and disrespectful…
