We stayed their for vacation, our room was not clean when we entered, maids dont leave towels to use. They didn't clean our room on request. Floors were not vacuumed, mirrors dirty. Will notstay again
Awful experience at this hotel. The Wyndham brand needs to look into this property...I'd be embarrassed to be associated with this property. Dirty rooms, dirty parking lot, mold in the shower, disconnected smoke detector, nasty carpet.
Please do not STAY!!!! I had great Wyndham Brand Name expectations, my was I wrong. Day staff was friendly and professional, overnight staff not so much. No empathy or sympathy relating to these rooms not cleaned, my room keys never worked, very inconvenient & worst experience ever!
I reserved 4 rooms through Expedia on 3/26/21 for December 11th, 2021. I chose the "Pay at Hotel" option. No where on the booking page did it say that they would charge immediately or I would NOT have booked with this hotel. That is the whole point in the "Pay at Hotel" option! The next day I notice 4 charges for $57.26 from the hotel. I contacted Expedia who immediately contacted the hotel. They told him I would receive my refund for the 4 rooms in up to 7 days. I waited the full 7 days - no refund. It has now been 2 weeks. I have called the hotel numerous times only to be given the run around. The first 2 times I called I was told by a male employee that the manager was not in and he would have him call me back. That was on April 6th and April 7th. I called again on April 9th and spoke to a lady name Ingrid. She said she was swamped with people in the lobby and would take a look at my reservation and call me back. She never did. Looked today (April 11th) still no damn refund!! Meanwhile my bills are bouncing because more than $200 was taken out of my checking account by this hotel and they could care less. Today Ingrid answers the phone again. She dont even act like she remembers speaking to me or that she was supposed to call me back. I tell her I want to speak to the manager. Again he is unavailable. I ask her to call him and ask him to call me. She refuses. She says she isn't interrupting him at home but she would leave a note for him to call tomorrow. I AM SO TIRED OF DEALING WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY!!! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN PAY MY BILLS!!!…
Don’t have to much to say except...Just find somewhere else bro...would not give them a quarter for a hot glass of water...light switch in the bathroom runs water...not leaks RUNS water...told manager and was offered a nothing
