Needed a place for one night. The check in process was quick. Staff was friendly. The room was a little smelly, and we found a roach in the microwave of our room. Very disappointed. Unfortunately not return to this location again.
Did not feel safe. Old and run down. Broken fixtures in bathroom. Cops in parking lot at 3 am. Needs major renovation and upgrades. We travel to Kenner several timea a year . With stay at LaQuinta because we bring our small dog. Will not be staying at this location
If you jammed up for a place to stay and where you usually go is booked full? Then I guess this property will have to do, but don't have high expectations. The staff is super friendly, but the property has aged badly, rooms have poor drywall fixes, the bath drains are broken, electrical outlets are shady, and the trash on the grounds outside will be the same when you check out, as you checked in. Nothing like dirty baby diapers on the ground for 4 days, along with bottles full of pee. You might even get lucky enough at night to see somebody sleeping in their car in the lot, instead of getting a room. Until this place goes through a renovation, I will be willing to drive further.
Sweendlers! This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. dirty rooms, besides, they don't have the promised breakfasts. stay away from this hotel. they hide behind a covid in order not to provide service. before that we spent the night at the hotel Best Western in French quarter, it was cheaper, nicer and cleaner. there were lovely hot breakfasts: bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles, hot coffee, sausages, choose this hotel better.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Fairly close to the Quarter and close to lots of shopping. There are several restaurants close to the hotel. Easy access to the interstate as well. Hotel was clean and well stocked.
