Great time!! We rented the entire house plus some outside rooms we had 9 couples total. This was our 3rd time renting the entire house and we have the best time. It rained most of the night so we could not walk around the property but we made the best of it. The breakfast is delish and so is the...

When I got to the 6 person cottage there were renovations being done all around it. There was machinery and mud outside. No one informed me of this. The cottage had a mildew smell. Their fix was to come in and spray an extra strong cleanser that had us choking for about a half hour. The photos showed two rooms...

Excellent property. The staff was very informative and extremely kind. The rooms were clean and decorated great to match the era the house was built. Breakfast was delicious, one of the best southern breakfasts I've had in a very long time. We look forward to coming back soon.

Our family time Friday, December 23 was one for the books! We met at Coco House and enjoyed adult beverages at the patio table enjoying the unusually warm "winter" weather and the breathtaking grounds. We decided on an early dinner on the property. The meal as well as the service were fabulous. The night continued with the Mystery Tour and...

The staff is excellent and really take southern hospitality to the fullest extent. The breakfast was excellent. Although they include a History Tour with your stay, consider the Mystery Tour. It goes into further depth of the history of the house. I look forward to going back. Despite the nightly ghostly visitors.

My wife and I went to the Plantation for the weekend and enjoyed the History Tour included with our stay and paid for the Mystery Tour. The History included most of the mystery without the theatrics. Would recommend both to get full understanding of what happened there.

We are so glad that you enjoyed the tours. Both the history and mystery tours are wonderful and we do recommend our guest experience both. The history tour informs our guest about the history of the house and the wonderful antiques and original furnishings of the plantation. Our ghostly mystery tour will take you through the house with dim lit...

My sister, dad and I went to the Myrtles for a little weekend vacation. We had never gone on a vacation with our dad. I've always wanted to stay at the Myrtles (although I am a big chicken). The home and grounds are beautiful. The staff was very friendly and my sister and I spent time at breakfast in the...

“My sister and I stayed in the Judge's Suite and my dad stayed in what they refer to as the William Winter's room. If you plan to stay the night and happen to be a chicken like me, I would advise skipping the Mystery Tour until after you have stayed the night. I felt more uneasy after hearing of the experiences others have had than I was before knowing. I believe the Myrtles is haunted.”
