Me and my wife had been to this resort recently, and we must say it is a very different experience than what you would expect from a weekend resort. The man made jungle between farmlands give you a feel of being away from the city menace! We stayed in the Venus room . The owners of the resort have taken...

Thank you for the detailed review and pointer on things that need to be improved upon. The A/c perfectly works on the Generator. Power outages do occur during heavy rainfall days. However, our first back up on power outage is Inverters, which automatically supply power and keep minimum lighting on that is fan, some light and TV. Power sometimes comes...

Hidden village is a good place to unwind very maintained basic amenities taken care of. There is nothing much to do here, than two water pounds/pool, and indoor games. There is a lake nearby; I went looking for it, but turned back after few minutes of nature walk. Food here is not bad, but simple and good to taste. Good...

Well it really depend on the mindset in which you are visiting this place. If you are looking forward to a calm and peaceful visit, this can be a good place for you. If you are expecting a happening place, this is not the destination for you. It takes roughly 2 hours from western suburb, depending upon traffic condition, road...

We had been to Hidden village for one night, its an awesome place. The resort is basically a village with all the required facilities. Its Just two hours away from Mumbai and very easy to locate the place through GPS. Its beautifully covered by the dense trees, the place and surroundings are beautiful. We had booked a forest, exotic and...

First things first… the resort takes its name quite seriously. From the moment you divert from the highway and take the rural route to the point you are just outside the resort gate, there are absolutely no signboards directing you to the resort. When I brought this up with the owner, he seemed to be fine with not having any...

Thank you for such a review, which so minutely observes finer details. Very few reviewers go that distance. Why is there no name board at entrance or any signage on the way up to Hidden Village? Reason is we do not seek unwarranted attention from passer-bys 24/7 x 365 days, as we are on an inner village road. Our visitors...

As always, the place was welcoming, food was good. The positive and new thing this time was that they...

Thank you for your continued patronage. Though I have noticed people come from Airport directly to our place and there are people who depart here to catch a flight to other states, it humbles me when I read review from you, as travel from Pune is a long drive, especially since I believe there would be so many resorts around...

Good place to visit in monsoon. This place is covered by lot of trees around. While travelling to this place you can see lush green mountains and clean waterfall. The roads aren't in good shape so drive safely. I specially enjoyed playing table tennis after a long time. Though this place had variety of games like carrom, pool table, badminton....

Had visited this place in June (an overnight stay) with family. Full marks to the property which has been well maintained right from the rooms to the pond, and the games (indoor + outdoor). The birds there really add to theme. The food although simple was really good to blend with the rural stay. What made it worthwhile was that...
