    Great place, convenient, fantastic staff

    The staff here is wonderful. The location is perfect if you want to go to the casinos or if your business is at the convention center next door. Free shuttle to the nearby casinos! Good food in the restaurant and a great bar.

    Great week in Shreveport

    Started rocky, finished very smooth

    Airport shuttle and restaurant shuttle needs some work. Don't have executive lounge. Facility is clean, comfortable rooms, treated to upgrade, thanks! Manager Jacquelyn really stepped up to solve issues and made me glad I chose Hilton!

    they have covered parking, you have to walk thru, very nice hotel, caver walking from garage to hotel
