site was ok ... Bathrooms cleanish if somewhat open to the elements but always loads of hot water. Would need more than one loo in main block if busy .. It most definitely was not when we visited and still had to queue! Main complaint would be a website that promises much particularly a cafe ... And when mentioned on...

Drove here after being at a campsite the night before in Cork, we never stay in one for more than a night. When we arrived the woman was quite rude to us when we were enquiring about the cabins and laughed in our face with some questions that we asked. After being shown a cabin (for nearly €50) which smelled...

Read the other reviews and thought that expectations may be too high.....but hey, it's a campground. And a nice one! The toilets and shower are lit after dark and there is hot water. We stayed in a cabin and was glad to have linen service since we'd travelled from the States. Not elegant but everything works and it was clean....

I would not recommend this place to anyone! We are by far not a picky couple when it come to where we lie our heads and night but the cabins here are an absolute joke and you most certainly get what you pay for. When I booked this payment was expected upfront weeks before we arrived which I thought was...

The grounds were very well kept, and it's clear that a lot of attention has been given to different aspects of the campground. We stayed in tents, and were the only ones there. We really only just put up our tents, slept and left the following morning (as per schedule) so we don't have any experience of the other facilities....

It's the third time that we stayed on this camping, and still we find the rest and hospitality from Bert and Klaske on their beautiful camping. The location is fantastic for driving or walking on Beara or Iveragh. Beautiful scenery very close to their campingsite. Warm people, friendly people and a beautiful countryside. Great showers. Thanks again for this wonderful...

We had booked 4 nights in a log cabin - better for us as we were on motorbikes and wanted on-site facilities - based on the website. It is NOTHING like it appears. There is no longer a cafe, no longer hot rolls baked on the premises, no breakfast, no shop. The showers were shut near our cabin. We would...

I had been here a few times before. I returned this time after booking a cabin for my husband and I and our two small children. When we arrived we were treated like dirt by the German owners. They were rude over bearing ignorant pigs! The cabin wouldn't suit us as it had a bunk bed and we have two...

This is a decent place with good bathroom facilities. It is cheap but the cabin we stayed in was basic to say the least. Crap mattresses, cobwebs throughoutI guess when you get it for a good price, you cant complain but they definitely need a makeover. A couple of days staying there is ok but we stayed for a week...
