I've attached pictures to show the lack of appearance and repair that these motel rooms are in. This includes a mouse hole in the bathroom as well as the ceiling disrepair. In addition, the ice maker was free for rodents, bugs, and other sources of biological and viral contamination to roam.

Hotel's Favourite
We were so impressed with our entire experience! The check in was smooth and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was fabulous-so much more than expected and the people working it were so very helpful, friendly and just wonderful. I highly recommend staying here if you need a great place in this area!!

With a 40 year Anniversary booked and planned, I was looking forward to staying in Maine and staying at the Flagship Inn. The reviews were fantastic, regardless of the two star hotel rating. After one night, the motel, not even classified as a hotel would get zero stars in my opinion. The rooms were dirty, unvacuumed and undusted with stains lining the mattress cover. The air conditioning was loud and inefficient, and the staff was rude and convinced me to sign away my right to housekeeping, as this is a service that they do not provide during the length of your stay. Without even being able to enjoy the promised amenities of the pool and breakfast, I was threatened by the staff for being outside of my disgusting motel room after 9 pm. The weather was nice and the room smelled of sewer and mold, so I opted to stay outside. This was unacceptable to the staff and I was told I would be escorted off the property if I spoke. The people running this place are glorified slum lords, and in 40 years of marriage and vacationing in a different state on each and every anniversary, I have never felt so disrespected in my life. Maine may be a pleasant place, but the Flagship Inn needs to close for putting a bad image forth for the entire state.

Coffee was ready and they would heat up a breakfast sandwich for you beneath the saran wrap one of the tastiest sausage egg and cheese treat Family business everyone so friendly and helpful

Whenever we're heading to the Boothbay area, we always stay at Flagship. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly, the location is perfect, and the rates are reasonable. We highly recommend this place to all our friends.
