The Inn is well organized and run beautifully. Staff works to anticipate every need. You do not go hungry or thirsty, and breakfast and other goodies are delicious and creative. Lovely location with views of the harbor and close to all activities and restaurants.

Our room at the Admirals Quarters had recently been renovated. Everything was of excellent quality. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had every extra you could possibly need. Everything was spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were awesome. The scenery is spectacular. Boothbay Harbor is a beautiful spot for a vacation. We will be back.

We stay in Admirals Quarters every summer. It is the one place where we go "ahhh" when we look out at the harbor and ocean view from our balcony. Jeff, Metro, and the rest of the staff make us feel so welcome. The breakfast was delicious, as were the afternoon fresh-baked cookies!

This was a first class experience from the wonderful staff to the very well appointed rooms with all the amenities of a five star hotel. The beautiful grounds and view of the harbor is nothing short of spectacular. What a great experience and will look forward to a return visit. Torri and Ross

Once again the Inns at Greenleaf have exceeded our expectations. The new addition, The Admiral's Quarters, proved just as lovely as the inn. The location in the harbor cannot be beat and the staff continues to outdo with each subsequent visit. From the warm welcome to the attention to detail at every turn (coffee and tea all day, warm cookies...

Location and grounds are just what you want. The penthouse in the main building is worth the climb! The semi private deck has an incredible view of the outer harbor and islands, as does the room. The hosts were very friendly and the extras like freshly baked cookies, free juice , coffee, tea all day were nice. The breakfast is...

We spent three nights at Greenleaf Inn and it exceeded our (pretty high) expectations. The location is ideal - easy walking distance to everything in town, with an outstanding view of the harbor. It's literally across the street from the water, but up a slope that gives you a great view and a little privacy from the street (you only...

We chose Greenleaf based on TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. The location is excellent, an easy walk to harbor shops and restaurants. The view of the harbor is picturesque. (Beware: some B&Bs on the harbor advertise water view, but when the tide is out the view is mostly mud.) There are 2 Greenleaf B&B properties: Admirals Quarters and Greenleaf...
