Local churches, beware! When I answered a call, requesting assistance from a local couple, seeking shelter for the night, I chose The Vacationland Inn, paying for the room from my personal funds. From what I can discern, the management fabricated offenses and charges, and helped themselves to hundreds of dollars from my account.

Our two night stay at the Vacationland Inn was fine and EXCEEDED our expectations. We certainly would return. The front desk and breakfast staff were WONDERFUL, the location was fine (more on that later) and the price we paid provided excellent value for what we received. If you are extremely picky about older furnishings or want to be next door...

I think this was our 4th or 5th time staying at the Vacationland Inn. We stayed in the older part of the motel this time. Room was spotlessly clean as always but the decor/furniture could use a "refresh". Our TV selection was limited and the picture could have been sharper. However, the staff were attentive and friendly as always, and...

We arranged to meet some friends from southern Maine for a 2 day r & r visit. We had requested the building in the rear as we wanted a room with 2 queen beds. the rooms were nicely appointed, very clean, and quiet. there was a slight mixup with housekeeping, but the front desk lady was more than accommodating, and...

We were only there for about 6 hours because we didn't get there until late and had to leave super early, but I didn't want to leave. My only complaint was...

I can not say enough nice things about the staff and management of this inn. Our rooms were clean and so cute. The meeting room and game room...
