I recently went on a trip from PEI, Canada to Boston. We stayed at Vacationland twice, on the way down and back. Very friendly staff, great rates (second stay was 4 adults and they gave us a room with 2 Queen beds for the same price as our first night with two adults) Breakfast was fantastic with a make your...

I can not say enough nice things about the staff and management of this inn. Our rooms were clean and so cute. Every year our family has a Christmas gathering and this was our first year using the Vacationland Inn. They did everything they could to make the stay for all of us delightful. The meeting room and game room...

In room 122 the carpet was filthy, could not turn up the heat (the highest temp was 65 after running my hair dryer!) and the base board heat was not warm the whole time we were there. We had cold early morning showers with only the hot water turned on! There was no complimentary coffee or tea near the check-in...

Great place to stay for a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The style is hotel/motel. One door opens to the outside (motel) and the other room door opens to the inside. (Hotel). Breakfast is included (mostly all carbs; cereal, waffles, toast, oatmeal) and the wi-fi was fast and dependable. The staff were all very friendly! Recommend highly...

My husband and I were in town for the weekend and decided to spend the night Apparently the leaf peeping season was putting a dent in the rooms that were available. We called this hotel and were told rooms were available. The check in went very smoothly, the young man at the front desk was incredibly hospitable and helpful. Our...

This was an overnight stop. Met our needs for clean, comfortable room. Decor was quaint Maine. The free breakfast had a variety of choices, hot and cold. Less than a five minute walk to a restaurant with tasty meals.

No, seriously: Upon checking in, I felt like I was interrupting the clerk’s conversation. He was rude, I did not feel welcomed, and because I was traveling with my dog, there was some mix-up with the room that had been reserved for us. I told the clerk I had reserved a dog friendly room and knew there was an extra...
