We are a small motel with large rooms and we are located lakeside with beach access and boats. The rooms contain two double beds and a full kitchen along one wall. Each unit shares a covered porch and has seating. There is a grill and picnic table down by the lake. Use of the canoe and peddle boat and rowboat are encouraged and life jackets are available. How about badminton, horse shoes or a swim? Perhaps just a snooze in the hammock. Lunch is ready-easily prepared in the unit with appliances, pots and pans and dishes available. Ski season is great with a ski area just 5 miles away and a sledding hill and sleds right here. Ski-mobile' s have direct access to the tristate trails once the lake freezes over. This is a great place in Bridgton. Simple, very clean, super owners who will do anything to make your stay the best. Quintessential Maine lodgings at very reasonable rates. You can't go wrong here. The rooms have a small kitchen that is great for cooking or for keeping left overs! Good beds and cable TV and wifi. I have stayed here multiple times over the last five months.

We only stayed one night, but it was so much better than expected. A family of four (!) fit into Room 7 with some creative bedding options. My two 6'1" sons figured out the rollaway bed & a little mattress instead of sharing a small "double" bed. The lakeside was a surprise - I paddled a canoe to the other side while the young men went in search of food. Horseshoes, badminton and nice chairs by the "beach" were a bonus. Too bad we couldn't stay longer!

Whenever I can cobble together a few days off I come to Grady’s. Clean, quiet and friendly. Rooms have a full kitchen or there are several restaurants right down the street. The lake is clean and beautiful. The motel also offers everything you would need to get out onto the water, or to sit by it and let the stress drain away.

This place was amazing! I loved everything about it! Perfect in so many ways. The owners were very nice and helpful. Room was great, grounds are beautiful. Wish I could stay again very soon. Handy to everything. Highly recomend. Will be going back👍

I stayed here on a business trip in May. There are only 4 rooms you can book on this property The rooms are not fancy but clean & comfortable. The property is right on a lake so there are plenty of water activities. The owner Bill is very friendly and accommodating. He offered to let me use the canoe one eve but I was not able to take advantage. I found this such a relaxing change from a typical business hotel. I wish i could go back.
