We’ve been to Secrets at Maroma Beach multiple times. Every visit has been incredible so we decided to get married there in November! We had about 25 family and friends join us, all of them commented on how amazing the resort was but really it was the staff that make the experience unforgettable. Every member you encounter greets you and will do whatever they can to ensure you are well taken care of. Emmanuel was our concierge in building 27 and he was amazing! Always so pleasant with a genuine smile on his face, he made sure we had everything we wanted/needed during our stay. Even made us an hand carved lock for the love sign. Elizabeth Perez was our wedding coordinator and she really went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect! Everything went so smoothly, we wouldn’t change a single thing. Every staff member in the preferred club and lounge were great as well! We were seriously in heaven for 10 days. Absolutely wonderful. No surprise this is rated as one of the best beaches in the world and Secrets Maroma Beach as a five star resort. The entire staff, including our personal concierge Emmanuel and our housekeeper Margarita, were super friendly and accommodating to anything we needed. Each morning, we received a text from Emmanuel listing the daily events and throughout the day for any questions we had. All of the staff were very friendly and hard working, as well as fluently multi-lingual, and which allowed us to practice our limited Spanish to the level of our comfort. The seven restaurants were excellent - walk right up with no reservation required. Each night has a theme buffet dinner with entertainment as an alternative to a restaurant if you prefer. The pool and beach were beautiful with chairs and umbrellas, and staff to bring drinks all day long. Nothing we would change - it’s the best beach vacation we’ve had. …

We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort. Everyone was extremely pleasant, and very attentive to our needs. Emmanuel our concierge was excellent, along with all of the staff that we interacted with. We rented a private cabana, and I can’t say enough about the great service we received from Julio and Marvin daily. This is an excellent resort with a beautiful beach, and plenty of great dining options. We will definitely go back.

Our experience at Secrets Maroma was excellent and worry free because of a number of staff, two most important were our Concierge Emmanuel Cabrera and the Food and Beverage Manager Alejandra. All the staff at Maroma were wonderful including Margarita who cleaned our room, as well as all the waiters, sous chefs and chefs. The food was excellent and we have absolutely no complaints!!! We will be returning back in two months and know we will have the exact same wonderful experience!!

worth it if you like inclusive. Great staff and service. Good food diversity. Ask for shots if you want adequate alcohol in your drinks. awful bathroom faucets. would be nice if staff enforced not saving pool and beach chairs for more than an hour.

I normally don’t take a lot of time to leave reviews unless i had a 10/10 experience or if i have a complaint, but i’ll take all the time i have to review this amazing resort. We got married at secrets maroma and enjoyed every minute of being there. The customer service is unmatched. Everyone working at this resort was so friendly, you never walked past one worker who did not greet you. Can’t find any customer service like this anywhere in the US. There is always something to do, something to eat, and it’s all quality service. A special praise for how gluten free friendly everything is- one of my wedding guests was gluten free and she had SO many dining options without ever making her sick. My husband and I cant wait to come back.

This was our fourth visit at the Secrets Maroma. It’s hard to believe that this place gets better every-time but it does somehow. When we boil it down, it has such comfortable areas to relax, resort is gorgeous, dinners are great, entertainment is quality, outside events are second to none. What really sets it apart are the caring staff members that love this place as much as we do. Starting with Emmanuel, Paola, Francisco, Alfredo just to name a few wonderful employees that made our stay memorable. Best beach in Mexico!! Great service at the beach and in the restaurants. Our concierge Emmanuel would do anything to make our stay perfect and it was appreciated. The Boogie and Rock shows were our favorites. Had several days of rain but it was still great to be at Maroma.

The pool and staff around the pool created a restful atmosphere Mitzi was amazing. The entertainment team walked around everyday inviting everyone to join in to play constantly, Stephanie, Oscar, Leo and the whole entertainment team were wonderful , the meals were amazing, and any requested changes to accommodate preferences or diet were spot on. Personally I was Impressed with the meals every day The shows were what would have been expected, however if you like to dance or people watch and laugh the silent DJ party is a must attend.
