I have spent my childhood camping in North Conway and have known no other place than Route 302. Now married, my husband and I own a coach. Due to the holiday weekend we were unable to get reservations for anywhere in that area. Luckily for...More

I am pleased that you mentioned the close proximity of our campground to the No. Conway, NH area for the benefit of those who may not be aware. Woodland Acres is both close enough to No. Conway, yet just far enough away to escape the...More
We lived in North Conway for 15 years, moved to Largo Florida in November 2016,and made plans to move back to the area in the summer of 2017 to avoid the very hot summers in Florida. Boy, did we find a gem ! We have...More

We tagged along with friends and arrived much later than they had. The staff member in the office was aloof and seemed confused on where we were supposed to be. We found the site on our own and set up our stuff. There didn't seem...More
This is our second year coming to Woodland Acres Campground. Each group site was spacious, had its own trash, recycling and porta potty. Although the pool was not heated like mentioned on the site, I was still impressed by its cleanliness and size. The store...More

We truly appreciate your positive review and that you had a great time. I do want to clarify just a couple of points since reviews are a very public forum. Trust us, the pool is heated, but at 80 degrees. Naturally, if it is hotter...More

We appreciate your positive review. As new owners, our goal is for our guests to want to come back as often as they can, or maybe pass on a referral to family and friends. Thank you!

I'd suggest one of the sites numbered 104 - 109 if you want power and to be on the river. One thing I'd make you aware of is that many of the sites by the river are quite elevated up from the water, so if you have visions of fishing right from your campsite, that probably won't happen. However, if you'd just like a river view, then they'd be fine.
Depending on your dog, 109 may not be the best place, as there's usually a good deal of traffic as folks are heading down to the canoe landing. So, if that would upset your pup, might want to think of another that's a bit further away from that.
