Good & bad, the good, convenient location, beds were comfortable, refrigerator in room. They accommodated our request for a ground floor room. The bad, TV controller was barely responsive, after you made your selection from the card provided you found those channels were NOT available! Why not just have a list of those that are? No grab bar in the shower, bathtub was not clean. They advertise "high speed internet in every room" Internet was awful, most times it was nonexistent, didn't matter what time of day it was. We found ourselves using the internet in the restaurants instead. How did they manage to have reliable internet?
We thought breakfast was adequate, coffee, tea, orange juice, bagels, english muffins, a pastry, yogurt & bananas. Plus peanut butter & jelly for spreading. Fine for us.
I brought my own bath towel & glad I did, their offerings in the towel department left much to be desired. Small & thin.
I don't think we will be staying here on our next trip to Brunswick.

Located on main road, so easy when you're passing through. Multiple restaurants in the neighborhood.

Clean room, good bed.
We were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was provided (fresh fruit, granola bar, yoghurt...) because that wasn't mentioned when we booked. Clean breakfast area.

Would stay here again.

For th e price paid the room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, to advertise a honey bun and a yogurt cup as "breakfast" IMO is false advertising. Also, more annoying than anything else the ice machine is located in the part time office. If you want your ice when the office is closed your out of luck

I pay about $130 for a night, but it's not worth that price, it's just a motel, the furniture is old, only 2 sets of towels for 4 people, the hot water is not function, and need to ask the front desk, then wait for more than half hour before we have hot water for shower. the air-conditioner is not cold even you set it to the lowest 62degF. The breakfast is very basic, not much choice, the banana is not refilled even the last one is taken by customers.

We stayed here July 2023 for one night and it met our needs. It is dated but very clean, the room was massive and the bed was very comfortable. It is in a very handy location, close to downtown and everything you need.
It was quite warm when we were there so air conditioning was necessary and the unit is in the wall right next to the bed. The unit is so so loud, it was impossible to sleep with it running. The windows do open but right onto walkway so they weren't an option for a discreet breeze, the heavy drapes had to stay closed.
The staff was kind and efficient and especially gracious to us as we unexpectedly had to change plans and they were kind enough to refund our missed night. We didn't expect that.
I would definitely stay again but not in hot season.
Basic and efficient and economical.

The place was clean. The staff seemed pretty good. The room has fridge, microwave and coffee maker, which is really good for a traveling kayaker. The only negative was that the tub drained a bit slow.

Our motel room was exceptionally clean and huge! The rooms are very basic but were just a place for us to sleep for one night. The beds were comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very basic.. coffee and choice of a granola bar and banana. It got the job done and more than offset the very reasonable rate. With my AAA discount, the room with 2 Queen beds was just under $100.

i called to tell the owner i was going to check in late, he said no problem.. and it wasn't. i didn't get there until well after the check in time. he was very pleasant and gave us a room right away. the room was clean, nice t.v. , , i asked for a wake up call and got two-to make sure i got the first one! it was on a main st so easily accessible, i would stay there again. it was very reasonably priced compared to the others i looked up. i changed my plans and left early and again, no problem , he refunded the night i wasn't staying right away.

We were lucky to get these accommodations on a busy weekend in summer!! We arrived very late and were greeted by the night clerk who quickly checked us in. Our room was clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. Perfect for our overnight stay.
