The manager Kaleem (Danny) threatened my family’s life! He’s been charging people 1100 a month, and upwards of 350 a week for the Moldy, smelly rooms, my room smelt like dog piss, there was a mushroom growing in my bathroom, and if you do stay don’t ever leave your room unattended. And don’t bring kids! He will eyeball your little girl.

Very clean room and nice and quiet. Great staff. Very close to town. Room was very spacious, had a fridge and microwave. Table and chairs. Love the view from the room. Not far from fort Knox. Great for families.

I had booked this hotel via Booking.com and they have promised to have a clean room. Bed sheets were smelly, the room was not clean since there were properties of earlier customers still in the room. They are cheater as well, they did not inform about hot water problem and when we reached after travelling all the way there they said they will fix the issues by morning, we stayed there for 2 days and issue did not get fixed. Rooms are untidy and there was pile of garbage right beside the room arranged god knows since how many days. And the front office was arrogant enough to say that we cannot do anything about the hot water. Super Rude people and no customer service! BEWARE and Never Book a room here since entire facility seems to be untidy!

First, a plus, Ben was nice at check in. Now the not great. Paid for a queen room online & Ben apologized that the owner has not fixed website because they don’t even have any queen beds there. Cable TV, not happening, they only have a few boxes & I think those are in the rooms of people that love there. Rooms are old but I could definitely deal if they were clean. Sheets are the only things that looked ok but we slept fully clothed. Curtains were falling off the rods & you had to prop with lamp shade to keep closed. Thank goodness it wasn’t a warm night because the AC doesn’t work. I gave up going back to office regarding issues because there was no fixing anything. I was told 3-5 days for my refund for extra $ I paid for queen room they don’t have. We will see if that happens or if my credit card company needs to fix because I asked for proof of the refund I was guaranteed just in case. Drive a little farther & pay a little more until they get things in order & decide to repair. Look at my pics and you will understand. Don’t forget there is NO smoke detector just remnants of where one used to be....

We where 2 couples at the spring fountain motel on july 25 2019. After seeing each of our room we get back to the front desk and ask for a refund, we were told by Ben the rufund will appear on our card in 4 days, it's been over a week and still waiting. We tried to contact them by email and no response. Called them and we have been told the manager will contact us back. Tried to call back after 2 days and no answer at all. Absolutly no cleaning was done in our room, We found old rottened food in the fridge, bathroom was dirty with hairs all over the floor. Bed sheets where doubtful. We found old cigarette on the floor and molten chocolate on the side of the bed. This place is absolutly discusting with no customer service
