We recently stayed at The Grand Harbor Inn for our 25th Anniversary. We were presented with a few challenges due to some reservation issues that were the fault of the actual trip advisor site. We were not in the town we wanted to be in, nor did they have king size suites with a view available. I was ready to pack it up and head home. My husband reached out to the staff to try to make a rough start, go a little smoother. Emily pulled some magic and helped create a weekend of great memories. The food was fantastic, her recommendations of places to go, beautiful in room flowers and chocolate...she made it all happen. On top of that, we were visiting during a time of COVID and I felt the attention to cleaning, distancing, masking, all things sanitation were handled with excellence. That was super important to us, and they went above and beyond.…
My husband and I spent three wonderful nights, celebrating a big birthday for him, at this gem of a small boutique hotel. We loved it. We were in a king suite which was very nice and had everything we needed including a fireplace in the living room and bedroom, a jetted tub and separate shower, a refrigerator, a microwave and a Keurig coffee pot. The shower had multiple jets with loads of hot water. Every morning a delicious breakfast, included, was deliver to our room. The location on Camden Harbor was perfect because we could walk to restaurants and shopping. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and responded immediately to our needs. Everything was immaculate. I used to live in the area so it was a nostalgic getaway and met all of our expectations and more. Thank you Grand Harbor. …
The Inn is 10 rooms on the second floor above a harborside retail center. The building has an elevator. We got a suite with a balcony and partial harbor view - that was good enough for us. There are three restaurants right in the parking lot and several more within easy walking distance, so the location here is really good. I liked the room a lot, but the bathroom had a stand up shower with six body sprays and also had a jacuzzi tub. These were sooo nice. We didn't dine at the 16 Bay View sister hotel, but we did get the complimentary breakfast every day: quiche, yogurt, pastries, coffee, fruit, and juice were among the offerings, and that was delivered right to our room each morning at our selected time. Housekeeping is on demand and that worked out fine. We liked the Inn a lot and would return.…
We enjoyed our week stay with you. Our room at the Grand Harbor was excellent. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful when needed. Realizing we were traveling during the Covid pandemic we knew there would be some changes in the level of service. Your operation could not have done a better job. The separate door hangers passed out each day for breakfast and for room needs worked great. Being there seven days, not once did we receive the same breakfast items. Each day our breakfast was something different ( delivered hot and well prepared) and that you included juices and a pot of coffee was outstanding. We enjoyed the week.
We stayed here on a Sunday evening in mid-September. Parking was available near the door. Because of Covid-19, check-in was at the adjacent sister property. Our room was gorgeous: large bathroom with every amenity, bedroom with king size bed, comfortable living room with fireplace, a small balcony overlooking the harbor. Breakfast was served in our room because of Covid-19. We selected the savory entree (which was a quiche) and pastry (which was a chocolate chip muffin). Our son had the muffin and yogurt parfait. We all had coffee and juice. The only problem we encountered was that the sofa bed (for our adult son) was not made up. We called the front desk and someone arrived within 10 minutes with sheets and a blanket. Easily remedied.
