We are the typical quaint New England Country Inn (1880), comfortable, clean, cute and cosy but not luxurious. Rooms in the Inn are all different, two have private baths, three are sharing two bathrooms. The motel (2003) has six spacious hotel-style rooms (see photos), some connecting. One room is especially suited for handicapped guests. Lots of amenities in the room (including internet) and washer and dryer in the utility room; 20x40 swimming pool! Free complementary breakfast during peak season. - Owners in business for 20 years now! Welcome!

We arrived on a very rainy day, our host Patrick came out to our car and greeted us. Very friendly and gave us an explanation of the hotel. Our room was on the motel side of the Inn, very simple decorations with a few modern touches. The room was large with 2 beds, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Pool was right outside our room. Nice comfortable accommodations, simple yet very clean. Plus very convenient to the lake. Will be back.

My husband and I stayed here for the first time (we’ll definitely be back!) and were very impressed by the inn’s inviting feel, the wonderful and informative owners, and the small touches that made our visit exceptional.

Last minute change in plans, but were lucky enough to get last room available at the Inn. The inn keepers clearly love their Inn.....plate of warm chocolate chip cookies in our room. Very accommodating.....we needed to keep something in their freezer. 2 minutes from Point Sebago! Comfortable beds. Clean. Healthy plentiful breakfast....coffee was great!

I called to get a room for one night, traveling to Harrison for a friends birthday party. I spoke to Patrick, who managed to get us the one night, even thought it was busy due to Parents weekend at Camp Sunshine. The motel part of the Inn was nice; it was clean but a bit dated. The room was good sized, with a desk, table and chairs, fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The pool was clean, inviting looking. There was a nice selection of breakfast the next morning at the Inn but we did not eat breakfast there (we had our hearts set on Village Donuts for breakfast). Overall, the experience was very good.

Room Tip: You might have to share a bathroom at the Inn, the motels obviously have their own bathrooms.

My mother and I stopped here spontaneously on our way home from a vacation through Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. Right away, we were welcomed by the smiling face and warm personality of Patrick, one of the most kind and hospitable hosts that I have ever encountered. There was only one room left at our query, which was in the inn portion of the establishment, but it was perfect. The room was very cozy and very clean with comfortable beds and a TV with a large selection of channels. Patrick and Rene, the owner of the inn, went out of their way to make sure that we had everything that we wanted and that we were comfortable. They treated us like family really. The breakfast the next morning, which was included, featured outstandingly delicious coffee made by Rene and a nice, European-style spread. Rene and Patrick made this stay one of the best that I've ever had in an inn or hotel or motel of any kind. I highly recommend this wonderful place.
