Nice afternoon hiking and exploring with 2 and 5 year old followed by great dinner over campfire. Next morning after another meal over campfire we visited the farm where kids enjoyed learning about and feeding the animals. We brought all our food and firewood, but the place has a well-stocked grocery store and firewood concession. The shoreline was nice but...

Our family stayed in Middle Bay (tents only) in a waterfront tent site. The waterfront sites are very nice and worth the extra money. We had just come from Bradbury Mountain State Park campground and thought this would be nicer, but it wasn't. The showers were yucky and need updating. It would have been nice to have a shower house...

I walked in without a reservation in midweek August so they marked the available spots on the map and I drove around to decide which one I wanted. I chose a spot with an ocean view. Granted it was at a crossroad and near the showers, water spigot, playground and access to the water. I did find it quieter than...

We camped here for 8 days prepaid and I was very disappointed. We had 5 days really hot without a pool and no view of water from our site. Washing machines (2) were broken or didn't work. Kids (ours ages 12 and 7). could bike or play baseball in an open field. Kayaking too expensive for our family of 4($100...

For my family, this is a perfect spot. Myself and two kids, aged 19 and one 15 year old. Located on a farm!! Great blend of woodsy and water views, and throw in some pastoral meadows for good measure! The staff is super friendly and kind, and seem to enjoy their jobs. The camp store has the essentials, including good,...

Beautiful campground on Casco Bay, specious camp sites, friendly staff, great food, reasonable prices. Great overall experience. Highly recommended campground. Waterfront camp site cost a little bit more, but are totally worth the price. If you become tired of "wilderness", Freeport shopping is just 10 minutes away.

We stayed at this Campground for only one night. It's a very nice Campground, well maintained and I think there are a lot of programs for families with younger kids. But it wasn't what we were looking for in a campground by the ocean. Since we didn't have prior reservations the site we were given was nowhere near the water...

The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. Don't book here if you want privacy because most sites are very close to another one. We could hear the people next to us roll over on their air mattress. It is a beautiful spot and extremely quiet. They offer a lot for people to do within the campground.

Wonderful campground on a working farm right on the Atlantic shore. Wish we could have stuck around longer, but we were just looking for a spot to camp for the night on our way down the east coast. They have terrific CLEAN SHOWERS and BATHROOMS, as well as a full cafe that serves lobster, pizza, ice cream, and vegetables from...
