From the moment the Bluff House Inn came into sight, we knew we were in for something special, but our experience exceeded all expectations. It was comfortable, clean and friendly -- and above all beautiful. Innkeeper Libby and her tail-wagging assistant Khloe made us feel right at home -- if at home a vast breakfast magically appeared each morning, someone...

This was our second visit to Bluff House and it exceeded our expectations both times. I beleive there are 8 rooms decorated individually. Quilts (look like hand made) on the beds. Common area downstairs beautiful pine. A very homey feeling. The owner had just baked molasses cookies and coffee was always on hand. For breakfast there was cereal, bagels, fresh-baked...

We - a group of about 18 working on a short film nearby - stayed at the Bluff House Inn in March 2013. The experience was fantastic, thanks to Amanda and her family. The Inn is spacious with balconies wrapping around almost the entire upstairs with incredible views of the water. You can even walk right down to the coast...

We were there last summer and had such a different perspective from the other reviews that I had to write. Whatever it was, it wasn't when we visited. Depressing, dreary but a lovely location. A bucket of cigarette butts greeted us as we walked in...must have been there for years. Our bed was never made up...first time that every happened...

I loved the view, the spaciousness, the breakfast, and her charming children! It's a good value too. The inn is spotless and the inn overlooks a bay freckled with islands. You might see a boat, but you won't see any other houses. Amanda, the innkeeper, will make you comfy and if you request, she'll even provide a dog or two...

My first visit to the Inn was about 7 years ago. It was the place we 1st noticed the clean cool air off the ocean and how different and pure it was, and the strong scent of pine as we traveled down the path to the Ocean, plucking off the wild blueberries on the way down. On this visit I...

We have been going to the Bluff House on the Schoodic peninsula of Maine for many years. Everytime, we are pleased to see that it is still an oasis of charm and relaxation in a hectic world. Bluff house is a small inn/bed and breakfast overlooking Frenchman's Bay. It has eight guest rooms, all with private bath. All are upstairs...

Me family and I absolutely loved staying at this Inn. The location was great and the view of the ocean was amazing! The common rooms were very comfortable and cozy. The room we stayed in was pretty and very clean. There was always so much to choose from for breakfast, I especially loved the fresh waffles! The family running the...

We felt this was an average place to stay. The view from the Inn was beautiful and it is located in an interesting area. The room we stayed in was very clean. The woman running the Inn was very nice and accomodating. The exterior of the Inn looks worse than the interior - strange looking siding. There were a lot...

A very nice, basic inn down a gravel road through the 'north woods' - with an absolutely jaw-dropping view of the water. Very nice young couple run it
