The owner Paul was very considerate, gracious, kind and friendly. He's also an intelligent guy and has some interesting stories to tell. The house is really big and has a very warm and loving vibe to it. I felt good being there. We stayed at the far end of the hall and slept peacefully with the windows opened while a...

I really enjoyed my stay there. The hosts were friendly and helpful, giving good tips on sights to see and places to go. The breakfasts were delicious, particularly the scones. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. In a good location, with restaurants and pubs a short walk away. I would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend this B&B to others!

Our stay at Elizabeth Rose House was nothing short of wonderful. Paul and Betsy were warm and welcoming, and our room was lovely, private, and beautifully decorated. The house is very close to both Kennebunk and Kennebunkport, and we would recommend it enthusiastically to anyone planning to visit the area.

Paul & Besty treat their guests like family. From the charm of the home itself, to the fabulous scones for breakfast -you can't find a better place to stay anywhere. We return multiple times a year, and are never disappointed. The Inn is beautifully maintained, and clean. The attention to detail reminds you how much Paul and Betsy love welcoming...

I stayed overnight at the Elizabeth Rose House when I was visiting the area for a job interview. Weeks later I had accepted the job and moved to the area, but I needed a place to stay while waiting for the repairs to be completed on my permanent address. I called the Elizabeth Rose House, and this time I stayed...

The Elizabeth Rose Inn is a beautiful bed and breakfast. The inn has been lovingly restored over the past few years by Betsey and Paul. Every detail in each room is perfect, clean, comfortable, an outstanding place to stay. Its location in Kennebunk is perfect for exploring the surrounding area without being in busy Kennebunkport or on Rt 1. Our...

Staying at the Elizabeth Rose was my first bed and breakfast experience. Betsy and Paul make you feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. My room was beautiful and clean, as was the rest of the rooms and house. They were very accommodating to my early morning needs. I would highly recommend staying here if you...

In a B&B we are seeking to stay with homeowners who are dedicated to personal hospitality by welcoming guests into their home. This is exactly what we found here. We stayed with Betsy and Paul for a weekend getaway, and enjoyed every moment, exchanging family stories and discussing past and upcoming vacation plans. Felt so comfortable, had to force ourselves...

It is a lovely place located not far from the wedding venue my girlfriend and I were attending. Though close to the interstate, it was very quiet. Betsy and Paul were very accommodating with our crazy schedule and helped us to relax and enjoy our time in the area. The breakfast is your choice of cereals, fruit , toast, home...
