Lovely, clean and in a perfect location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. While there is not a restaurant on site, it really doesn't matter as there are options to dine within steps of the hotel. We would stay here again if in the area.

We stayed here on our Road Trip in New England. The Hotel is immaculately clean and spacious with Large Rooms more like Suites in any ordinary Hotel. The staff were very helpful, my only criticism is that they don't provide any meals. But all that said it is a Hotel not to be missed if you are staying in Kennebunkport.

Dear MINKEYRAT, Thank you for your review. Our housekeeping team works very hard to ensure that all areas of the hotel are sparkling clean. I will be sure to pass along your kind words to them. We wish we could offer meals at the Grand, but unfortunately, we just don't have the facilities to make this a reality. We home...

The Grand was a beautiful place to stay 3 nights on our recent trip to the area. The town of Kennebunk and adjoining Kennebunkport were a quintessential New England towns. They basically share the same town, separated in the middle of the small bridge by a sign stating so. We got a standard King bedded room that was small but...

Dear Rockinredhead72, Thank you for your review. Guests love our location; in the center of all Kennebunkport has to offer. The heated bathroom floors are also a favorite, especially on the chilly Maine mornings. I am thrilled that you enjoyed your stay and we can't wait to welcome you back for another visit.

This is a very lovely small hotel that's more like a B&B with one catch--there's no B. It's basically a comfortable, traditionally elegant room (not New England quaint), with Frette robes, rich furnishings and a coffee maker. There's no restaurant, no bar, no workout room, no place to meet and mingle with other guests (there is an elevator). Even the...
