This lovely motel is super clean and very convenient to activities in both Kittery and Portsmouth. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast and used the laundry facilities. Highly recommend. The staff was friendly and each room has a convenient parking spot. Lovely.
Very quiet, clean, staff is friendly & personable. Would definitely come back. They have a pool although I didn’t utilize it. Little kitchenette with a microwave & fridge, little table in the kitchen. King size bed super comfy
I was very disappointed in this facility. It is certainly a 50s motel but hardly reimagined. The manager was very pleasant and helpful but it did little to make up for the flimsy towels, insufficient pillows and very uncomfortable chairs. It might be a good choice if the price was at least 40% less but it was not worth what we paid. I would definitely not recommend it.
I was impressed with how clean it was. Our room was down some stairs that seem a little rough, so you must be careful! The bathroom has no place to put your clothes or toiletries, and the shower is so small, it was hard to just turn around in it. They do have a vending machine and washer/dryer located in a separate building down a flight of stairs.
We stayed for one night in a queen cabin. The cabin was very cute and had everything you might need for a short stay. There was a slight scent of mildew in the cabin, but nothing you wouldn't expect in an older building. The real star of the show here is the excellent service from staff and the pool area. We were warmly greeted at check in and all the staff we encountered were friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast had plenty of tasty options to please adults and children alike. The pool area was really lovely- a warm saltwater pool under big old pine trees. Part of the pool is shaded at nearly every time of the day. Perfection. Location of the hotel is good too, an easy drive (or walk if you're up for it) to Portsmouth, and minutes to outlets. We hope to return again in years to come.…
Cabin had mosquitoes and an assortment of other bugs. AC not sufficient for overnight cooling. Steps down to this cabin were dangerous. No place for sipundry items in bathroom. Bed NOT comfortable. Sorry…this is the truth. Other rooms/cabins are probably better.
We stayed here for 4 days/3 nights. Rooms were clean and housekeeping changed towels, etc. daily which was appreciated. Quiet area. Pool area was nice and clean, not used much when we were there. Able to walk neighborhoods at night but not walkable to anyplace else. Each room is different, much smaller kitchenette in Room 8 than when I stayed before. Breakfast and coffee choices were good, started early too. More you stay, there is a discount. Would recommend and return.
Very well kept motel, clean, good bed, quiet despite being so close to Rt 1, nice staff, easy access. The main office is also the breakfast room - you must take your food and eat it in your room. Overall, a good stay. While I would happily stay again, I thought the price was a bit high - probably due to the lack of satisfactory competition in the area-.
We were lucky enough to get to spend 3 nights at The Kittery Inn and Suites. We toured around this beautiful area. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. You went to the office and got your breakfast and brought it back to your room which was to our liking… I think in the warmer weather you could enjoy your breakfast outside. If you are in the Kittery area we would highly recommend a stay at Kittery Inn and Suites. There is laundry facilities on site. Very pleasant staff.
Such a great place to stay and convenient to Portsmouth, York and Ogunquit. Highly recommend seeing shows at Sea Cost Rep, The Music Hall or the new Jazz club in Downtown Portsmouth. Convenient to outlet shopping in Kittery, great thrift stores in area. About at 15 minute drive to Marginal Way in Ogunquit.
