This place was infused with curry and cigarette smell, and to make matters worse the hallway had plug in air freshers! Gag! The rugs needed a good cleaning. The tub had mold. Glad I brought my own towel!

Although this property has been recently taken over, it is in serious need for updates!! The tub has mold/miles on the floor where grip strips used to be and the ceiling in the bathroom is bubbling, but also has mold.

Despite some negative reviews, our family decided to give this hotel a chance. We were so happy with our decision. The staff was very friendly. On site laundry is a plus when you travel with kids so we were happy about that. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom had hot shower and was very comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and got a great deal for that. We have stayed at other hotels in Lewiston Maine but this hotel has now become our new favorite spot. There is a good restaurant walking distance. Gas station and other stores are near by too. We will definitely be staying at this hotel when we come back to Lewiston. Shout out to the hotel manager Harry who helped us with everything from extra towels to recommendation for places to visit/eat.

I tend to be pretty low maintenance, after working in hotels for years, but I have never felt so uncomfortable staying somewhere. As soon as you walked in the lobby , you could smell the stale smoke, even though there were signed everywhere saying you would be charged for smoking. I won’t bother writing much about the cleanliness ( or lack of) since the pictures speak for themselves. We had two non-refundable nights booked, and after buying our own pillows and blankets for the first night, we cut our losses and went to different hotel for the second night.

The bathroom and room were dirty, worn and outdated.Bathroom walls were patched and not painted, rusty sink, toilet and bathtub. Floor of bathtub was covered with rubber mats, it crunched under my feet. The sofa had lots of stains and was torn. Wouldn’t let my dog stay there.

This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Asked and was ked to believe I booked handicap accessible room (due to being on crutches) however after check in was completed was told there are no handicap accessible rooms and I had to climb two sets of stairs.
Things were falling apart in the room. The rug was dirty and sticky, Air conditioner system was Extremely Loud, definitely not soundproof as they advertise, sketchy renters in other rooms.
Being advertised as a Wyndham family Hotel I would have hoped for a little bit better service and for Wyndham to take a little pride in there buildings. As far as the one staff person that I saw, anytime we wanted to speak to someone we had to go to the front desk, dial 0, wait for someone to come help us, which ended up being no help at all as he just kept saying "we're doing our best during Covid".

What a piece of Sh.t Motel. The place should be condemned. No sane person would sit in the chairs; who knows how many filthy butts have been there before you. We brought our own towels in to sit on, I think we will have to burn them when we get home . Bathtub/Shower discussing. I had to go buy an extension cord to accommodate recharge devices. The room smelled of a 1000 farms masked with air freshener. If I could of cancelled I certainly would have. Do yourself a favour, drive on by or sleep in your car.

Don’t go to this place! Rooms was dirty, noisy, and no one would help. Attendant could not speak English. NO BREAKFAST! If you want a third-world undeveloped nation experience, then this is it! And they don’t give refunds, no matter what. Will never go here again.

The room was dirty, wouldn't sit in the chairs as they were filthy. Tub looked disgusting, laid a towel in so wouldn't have to stand on it . Door to fridge was off it's hinge. Curtains off the hooks. No electric outlets suitable for cpap machine, had to go and buy an extention cord. Terribly disappointing and not worth the 170 $.
