We had two non-refundable nights booked, and after buying our own pillows and blankets for the first night, we cut our losses and went to different hotel for the second night.
Wouldn’t let my dog stay there.
Things were falling apart in the room. The rug was dirty and sticky, Air conditioner system was Extremely Loud, definitely not soundproof as they advertise, sketchy renters in other rooms.
Being advertised as a Wyndham family Hotel I would have hoped for a little bit better service and for Wyndham to take a little pride in there buildings. As far as the one staff person that I saw, anytime we wanted to speak to someone we had to go to the front desk, dial 0, wait for someone to come help us, which ended up being no help at all as he just kept saying "we're doing our best during Covid".
I had to go buy an extension cord to accommodate recharge devices. The room smelled of a 1000 farms masked with air freshener. If I could of cancelled I certainly would have.
Do yourself a favour, drive on by or sleep in your car.
