This beautiful home has lovely rooms, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfasts. They accommodated my gluten-free needs deliciously, and we had everything we needed for our two-night stay. Highly recommended!

Last September my husband and I spent three wonderful days at this B&B. I could never get my husband to stay at a B&B until longtime friends invited us to join them. It turned out to be one of the best times ever. The house is so lovely and cozy with it's gorgeous bedrooms, living room with a fireplace and...

I had been planning a trip to Maine--and to Ogunquit--for several years, always put off by not enough time, not the right time-of-year, etc. Finally called Dick and Linda and inquired about a late summer/early fall visit. They recommended early fall, as the "crush" of visitors was less...and, it fit my schedule! Dick and Linda are longtime Michigan friends, whom...

We stayed at 16 Beach St. during our recent fall foliage drive through New England. Linda and Dick were the most welcoming and hospitable of all the B&B's we visited. Their place is charming, inviting, perfectly located and decorated, and they went out of their way to make our stay memorable and fun. Breakfast was delicious and generous. We look...

I had always wanted to take a trip to Maine so my wife and I finally decided to do so. In our decision-making about where to go in Maine, we decided to go to the southern part of Maine along the Atlantic Ocean. Via the internet we found the 16 Beach Street bed and breakfast in Ogunquit. We booked our...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
16 Beach Street is a classic three-story New Englander style home built in 1920 by the Perkins family. We are a small intimate Inn with five bedrooms. Because of its close proximity to the Beach, the Inn is decorated like a beach house in bright cheery colors. The location of the Inn is ideal. The trolley stops right outside the door and we are within walking distance to great shops, restaurants, the beach and the Marginal Way. Full breakfasts are served every morning along with our signature home-made scones. ... more   less
