Above and beyond courteous and helpful, knowledgeable staff. Reasonable rates. Excellent housekeeping. My trip was enhanced by personal help from members of housekeeping, breakfast service and front desk. I'd never stay anywhere else in this part of the world.

We opted to stay here because it is right across the street from the casino. The check in was flawless and the front desk employee was awesome- helpful with a late checkout and extra tooth paste since we ran out! The beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful. The breakfast was nice- cheese omlettes and lots of bread options, fruit and yogurt! This is an excellent option for folks not wanting to spend $309 more to stay at the casino hotel across the street! Highly recommend this property!

Courteous and personable staff, clean Room, staff following all the CDC protocols. The kitchen staff was disinfecting the tables and counters. We felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again. Very happy with our stay.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. They work hard to keep it clean and make hand sanitizer and cleaning cloths available throughout the common areas. Rooms were acceptable. Bedding was just fair. Room set up was a little odd with the location and the bed. Decent gym with fair enough equipment including free weights but the 15, 20 and 25 lb dumb bells were missing. Could use more mats for floor work. Multiple treadmills, 2 recumbent bikes, 2 ellipticals.

we went with our grandfather to take him to the casino as he had just got out of the hospital and was still a little wobbly. the staff upon request put a shower chair in his room so he could shower ind. the breakfast was not that great, but it was as advertised and free. the pool heater was broke so we could not use in jan. room was clean and hotel was clean. staff nice.

We chose the Oxford Hampton Inn because of its proximity to the Oxford Casino, and it’s friendliness towards pets. It’sa Hilton Hampton Inn , so breakfast is served every morning, and there’s coffee in the lobby. We had a king room on the first floor, the layout is such that the first floor is below the lobby floor, it’s one hallway, that includes the gym, and pool. There’s an entrance to the rear parking lot and grassy areas, making it ideal for bringing your dog out for bathroom breaks. The room was clean, and quiet. , staff was friendly.

Paid crazy money for a room that had no microwave broke window and I wasn't informed about it at check in. Wasn't given and direction about what was available or located in the hotel. No hot tub. Pool was alright for kids. Room was horrible for money and knowing this hotel is only about 3 years old.

Have stayed here quite a few times, this time noticed that the rooms are starting to show some wear. Most of the things wrong with the room were cleaning issues. Shower had some pink mold around the bottom, hallways really needed a vacuuming lots of salt everywhere and sand. Stayed 2 nights, had housekeeping come in and make the room up while we were gone. Housekeeper never wiped the sink out, we did not use the shower yet so that did not need to be cleaned, she made the bed, left the water in the ice bucket that I purposely left the lid off to see if it was going to be cleaned, and it was not. Just felt that it was not cleaned up as much as it should of been, the price of the room doesn’t change for the second night, so the room should be cleaned and left like it was the first night! We are Hilton members and stay in Hilton’s for reasons of the quality that we should get and was disappointed when we did not get it, we just expected better.

We got there and within 10 minutes our neighbor in front of us had his tv volume on too high. I went downstairs and asked to be moved because I was concerned about our sleep quality. I was told that the hotel was sold out. When I returned to my room I saw online that this was not the case. I hate being lied to. My nightmare became a reality. 1:30 a.m. and 4:15 a.m. It's not fun when there are fighting and gun shots blaring from the walls while you're sleeping. Called to complain twice and finally the tv was turned off.
Don’t stay on 4th floor. Terrible experience. Trying to sleep with too much noise coming from floor above. Sounded like people were running and at times it sounded as if someone was moving furniture. Could hear flushing and showering from all directions.
Our Room #404 had a fly problem. Not sure where they were coming from but definitely an issue with window.
Would not return. So much for being a hilton honors guest

The first time I stayed it seemed as though the staff was still becoming familiar with the amount of food to prepare for the guests - resulting in many breakfast items being depleted and not replenished by 9am. (I had overheard another guest asking one of the breakfast servers if they would be putting out more eggs and sausage that morning and the staff member had told them they were not going to...)
I stayed at this property again in April and the staff was great. They have definitely become more accustomed to the pace and flow of the guests and they did a great job all around - and had all the breakfast items well stocked right up until the service stopped for the day at 10am.
The two breakfast stays I had they changed slightly from the weekend to the week day. Waffles, oatmeal, cereal, omelet type eggs, bacon or sausage, bagels, yogurt, fruit, boiled eggs, pastries, coffee, tea, juice.
There are more places to choose from in the Oxford area.
