Our first trip to Portland and I am so glad we selected this hotel. It is just completing a renovation and the decor is so nice. The room was large and the furnishings upscale. We had cocktails in the courtyard and enjoyed the fire pit one evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is convenient to everything. We...

This hotel is over-priced, clustered, and unwelcoming with mixed physical decor. Try putting at least a coffee maker in each room. I also suggest you provide staff with hospitality training "101" on a regular basis..

My wife and I spent a long weekend in Portland with some friends. Got an incredible book one night, get the second night 1/2 off. And it was St. Patrick's Day weekend. The town was alive that night, let me tell you. The hotel was in the midst of renovations and the front entry was closed. You had to enter...

Room, restaurant, service above excellent. Although some renovation continues it went on without any impact on the comfort during our stay. The staff from management on down was outstanding. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet and well appointed.Every point of interest is within walking distance. If you are in the Portland area we would highly reccomend this hotel.

Newly renovated and beautiful guestroom. Outstanding customer service. 24 hour pantry with coffee, tea, cocoa and ice. We didn't try the restaurant but it looked great. Outdoor patio with fire pits also a nice touch! We will definitely return for futures stays in Portland, a gem in the heart of the Old Port!

Superbly located in Old Port, near everything. Gorgeous common areas and an outdoor fire pit to have a glass of wine around on a cool night. The room, however, was anything but cozy - no chair, no throw rug, nothing on the walls just rather sterile and cold for an otherwise exceptional hotel.

We stayed one night for a concert. We had an issue with our card at the front desk and instead of turning us away like they should have, the front desk worked with us to make sure we could still stay and that we enjoyed our stay. They helped make a situation that could have been potentially embarrassing, the complete...

The Portland Harbor was one of the hotels my wife and I stayed in during our recent trip to the United States. The Portland Harbor is in a great location for visiting the Portland area. The Hotel room we were allocated was of a good standard and the staff could not be more accommodating. Always happy to help and suggesting...

Stayed two nights 5/7-5/9 with the husband. The hotel is undergoing major renovations floor by floor-they were actively working floor 2 while we were there. The lobby was done and very nice looking-classic décor and a wall of windows overlooking Fore St. Minor things still needed to be done-missing some paint, some fixtures etc but beautiful none the less. Check...
