For those of you in mega motorhomes, you may like this spot as well, hell, you like any spot, you live indoors, but this review is for the tenters and pop up campers among us. It's adults only folks, that's a plus right there given the number of 'Fambly" camping resorts that resemble Orlando in this vicinity. No waterslides, playgrounds,...

Nest to the Scarborough River and miles of wetlands, Wild Duck Campground is a very popular. This is our 3rd day here and the park has been full! Great duck pond near the entrance, I counted 58 ducks this afternoon. Close to Portland, the Kennebucks, Saco, and other places to visit on a day trip. Free 15 min sample of...

This was close enough to everything around but far away to enjoy the quietness of the area. Very nice for us camping, for most of the time we were the only tent on one side. Site was big enough for our 16 x 20 tent, 10 x 10 canopy, & our car. Chris was very helpful for all our inquiries...

I camp at Wild Duck campground for three nights. The staff was very helpful and friendly, The comodities were very nices and clean. The camping spot was very nice but could have been more intimate. The ambiance is nice relax. It was very quiet. The location is also great, near Portland and Old Ochard beach. I highly recommend!

Stayed here for 3 nights while seeing sights near Portland. This is a gem that is hidden at the end of a residential street next to a salt water marsh. Easy access to the metro area, but quiet & friendly. Many seasonsl campers (at least 50%). The only negative is that the sites are sandy, so we tracked in lots...

A group of 3 stayed here out of convenience. It is a very clean campground, and it was quiet. The RVs stay in one area and the tents in another. The sites are small with no privacy. There is a small duckpond and a saltwater marsh/river that can be a paddle trail for kayaks and canoes during high tide. The...

We have stayed twice at this campground and are quite happy with it. Only negative is the spaces are very cramped and close together. However, that said, the location is beautiful, campground and facilities are very well kept, clean and neat. Since it's adults only, there is no noise from anyone or anything except the birds which start chirping early...

This is the quietest campground we have ever been to. Easy to make reservations, and the staff works hard to keep everything super neat and clean. There were no glitches with set up or services at this campground - easy everything - water, sewer, trash, cable, electric. However, if you are a noisy group or have children under 18, this...

We drove to the campground and checked it out but decided not to stay. The location was reasonably convenient. It was a little of the beaten path other than slightly difficult to find. It is a small campground which is fine other than the RV spaces were closer together than we prefer. The fact that is was small also made...

What a great little find. We spent one night in our way North. Chris was very informative and professional. The campground and restroom/shower facilities are extremely well kept and clean! Camp/tent sites were neat and clean. Cute little duck pond and the best part, well for me, no children!

“Book early in the busy season since there are few tent sites and RV sites seem to be reserved for the whole season. T1 is a great tent site, and when we booked we were told it is one of the largest tent sites.”

“Tenting sites are limited, if you're going to be staying for several days, be sure to book your site in advance. If you will be needing electric on your site, book it far out in advance as they only have 5 tenting sites with electric. The Dairy Corner is right at the corner of Route 1 and Pine Point Road. It is less than 5 minutes away from the campground. It's the perfect solution if you want to grab a snack. They have a huge variety and selection of ice cream and it's a great way to wind down after a busy day!”
