Lovely place to stay! Enjoyed meeting Milan who was first to welcome us. Good location and the hot tub was a plus. Room nice but pricey. The harbor was not really easy to see from our deck in room #5. The breakfast was special. Nice to be able to walk into town.

In June of this year my husband and I took our first drive to Maine. Our ultimate destination was Acadia National Park. I was attracted to the "quiet side" of the Island for our stay. The Lindenwood was advertised to be a different Bed and Breakfast experience. We found the Inn to be everything advertised and more. The accomodations were...

Staff were very friendly and helpful. This inn has a pool and hot tub which is wonderful if you are planning an active MDI vacation (biking/hiking/kayaking). Room was comfortable and had a harbor view. Close to town and nice restaurants (walkable). Would recommend it to active travelers. Much less crowded than Bar Harbor side but some traffic "jams" during peak...

We're staying in room #9 (penthouse) and can't believe the beautiful view, gigantic deck and wonderful cozy room. We were worried from the reviews about hitting our heads but that's not a problem. It has a cathedral ceiling! Be mindful of the dormer angles but that's what gives it exceptional charm, beauty and view! Fred and Jim couldn't be nicer...

My husband and I stayed in the Lindenwood Inn for two nights recently and had an enjoyable stay. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and were told we were being upgraded to Room 7 which had a private balcony. Our room was a nice size and very comfortable. Our balcony was very nice and overlooked the swimming pool and...

Had been to another B&B in Southwest Harbor before that we had enjoyed in the past, but thought we'd try another. We found the Lindenwood to be very nice as well. The owners and staff were very pleasant and casual. We thought that the breakfast was excellent, the room very nice and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the hot tub...

We had a large family event and need a place to accommodate all of us. We booked 13 of the 15 rooms in this lovely three building property. The Innkeepers were more than accommodating with our many special requests. We all had beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and had the run of the house, which we used until well into...

Where to begin. We originally came up for one night and ended up staying two. We came on the off season and had only a few other guests who we only bumped into once or twice. Beautiful house with multiple fireplaces, a brand new huge kitchen, lovely international decor. I saw pieces from the south pacific, Australia, Africa- the interior...

Stayed only one night but wish it could have been longer. The staff was so friendly and helpful and suggested restaurants and points of interest. Our room on the 2nd floor (#7) was very nice with a little balcony over looking the harbor. Loved the contemporary feeling yet historic charm. Breakfast was so special, blueberry pancakes, egg and bacon plus...
