We decided to ski Sugarloaf again and have stayed at the Mountain View happily so we stayed there again. Different room, same result, perfect! We travel with our dog and so it can be a challenge finding lodging. Cindy and Mark are not only pet friendly but seriously people friendly! We love it and will always stay here when we...

We always take our annual snowmobile trip with the "kids" now adults close to Rangeley Maine. I am so glad we picked Mountain View Motel for this trip. Very comfortable and I had to sit it out as my boyfriends sled died. So as I had all the comforts of home right there I told them to go and have...

Comfortable little family run motel. Clean. Well run. Pet friendly. Good hot water in shower and beds were clean and comfortable. Had 2 feet of snow one night when we were there and the lot was pretty much clear by 8 Am. Owners helped shovel cars out which is great. We were in room 6 and it was a little...

Booking this room was painless and the staff was delightful. Super convenient location and very nice cozy rooms. This was my friends 3rd year here and my first, I would come back again, without hesitation.

This Motel is situated right on the highway making it a perfect location for weary travellers looking for a spot to rest. The couple who run it were very helpful in finding a place to get some food and allowed me to use their phone to order so I didn't have to pay long distance on the cell. They are...

Needed a place to sleep on a Saturday night, short notice with my 3 children the night before skiing at Sugarloaf. The motel had one room free with a queen and twin bed- they brought in a cot to help us fit. Not fancy, but clean, comfortable, good service. Tight quarters with 4 of us- but my kids thought that...

Our second visit to Sugarloaf and our second stay at the Mountain View. Had a different room this time, #7, which was on the first floor and really convenient with our dogs. The room was very nice, cozy and clean. A counter sized frig, microwave and coffee maker was everything we needed. Lots of room for two dog crates and...

I was up in the area for work and this place was affordable so I booked it. Super quaint with really friendly owners. I thought I had reviewed this earlier, but never got the chance. I blew my knee out skiing and while I was laid up the owner would bring me ice and call me before trips to the...

We stayed at the motel for a couple of nights while skiing at Sugarloaf. We had Room 1, on the 2nd floor. It was very clean, quiet and warm! It was nice to have a kitchenette. There was a packet of Carrabassett Coffee for the coffee maker (my husband loves their coffee) . The room was very comfortable and it...
