This was our first family camp experience and we were a little nervous going into it. However Medomak exceeded our expectations! It was a perfect balance of allowing the kids and parents to spend time separately in the morning and then come together in the afternoon/evening. Cabins with just the right rustic touch, home cooked delicious meals and wonderful staff...

This was our first trip to Medomak and it won't be our last! We had such an amazing time. It was like sleep away camp, but better. Not only did we get to participate in all the activities that we loved as kids (and some new ones, too), but we got to watch our kids enjoy the summer camp experience,...

This was the best family vacation we have ever been on. We just got back from Disney World 6 weeks ago and my kids said it was no contest, they liked Medomak much better! The counselors were the best part! Great job all! For those that cant quite figure out what to expect: 8:30-9:30 breakfast at tables of 10 which...

Surely you have heard someone remark upon dropping their kid at sleep away camp that they wished they could have stayed, too… Well, enter camp Medomak. First, Maine is a lovely place, rugged coastline, creative and skilled culinary movement, pristine historic towns, and lots of yoga and spa services to be had. That said, our whole family of poodles ascended...

We just returned from a week at Medomak Family Camp. We left feeling rejuvinated with smiles on our faces. My husband and our kids, 9 and 7, loved the connections we made with other campers and loved the daily activities like fishing, dance, arts & crafts and archery. The kids "hang out" was the barn where they could play foosball,...

I just returned from a week at Medomak. They absolutely set the standard for a family camp. There is a good chance we will return to Medomak but we will definitely return to family camp. We had a fantastic time! The food was outstanding. This could certainly change depending on staff, but I was extremely impressed by the variety, quality,...

This is a one of a kind family vacation without the running around from one attraction to another. Our family of 5 (including 2 teenagers and a 9 year old) all loved Medomak. The facilities are lovely, clean, and inviting. Food was great. Tons of activities to participate in, but no pressure to do anything. The key is the great...

This place has gone way above my expectations!! I don't know if I've even seen my son so happy (age 9). I'm a single mom an wasn't the only single mom at camp which surprised me. Everyone at the camp made you feel welcomed. The councilors they hire are phenomenal!! I don't know how they could be so luck to...

We went to Medomak Family Camp this summer and enjoyed it very much. We have 2 daughters, ages 4 and 7. Here's what I loved: *I stayed very busy and tried many new things, like sculling, open water distance swims, archery, and square dancing. *My daughters and I unplugged for a whole week, with no TV, movies, or smart phones....
