Well-run pet friendly motel in a great location. They offer a delicious, plentiful breakfast. Chris is an outstanding Manager; helpful, frank, honest. The staff down to the maids like Iva are very nice. Greg, who works in maintenance cruises with his dog, Buster and everyone loves them. They offer ring toss, a lovely pool, barbecue and a most friendly atmosphere....

I've stayed here 3-4 times... it's affordable, clean, great pool area, grills you can use, firepit you can sit by at night - need to bring own wood but they sell it at Hannafords, basketball hoop for shooting, tennis courts, lots of green space. This isn't the Anchorage by any means but it has everything you need, it's clean, the...

We have visited the Majestic Regency for the past several summers, and overall are comfortable and pleased with the amenities and staff there. This year we arrived to find a damp-smelling room and after asking about the problem, were relocated quickly and efficiently. The only part that is bothersome is that a leak, discovered after our complaint, went unnoticed and...

I grew up in Wells and go back frequently. My husband and I always stay at the Majestic Regency when we need to stay overnight. The rooms are older but they are always very clean. The continental breakfast is good and we love sitting at the fire pit at night. The price especially during off season is a bargain and...

The hotel room we stayed in was worn out beat up and old, staff does not make accommodations in the event of issues. We spend about two to three weekends a year in Maine and the Wells area so we are very familiar with the locale. In fact my partner's friends had stayed at the Majestic and always had decent...

After a good stay here a couple years ago, I booked again for another weekend to visit the Ogunquit Playhouse. This time I booked a 2 bedroom suite as I was with my parents. This time I found the room décor quite a bit more dated than the standard rooms. Some of the furniture was pretty banged up and the...

This motel is very basic and it is very worn and dated. Everything needs to be updated. If you just need a place to sleep and leave right away in the morning this will seeve your needs. There was plenty of parking available.

Stayed 4 nights on business/family trip. Not too impressed. Amenities were bottom of the barrel. Had to move from one end of the hotel to the other and the WiFi was non existent. Went to front desk for a solution and all I got was a rude "haven't had that complaint" and instead of trying to rectify the situation, they...

We stayed here briefly just to break up a long road trip. The service was good, and the room was fine as well. There are no hairdryers in the rooms, but they have them at the front desk. It's right next to a restaurant/bar, and close to all other amenities.
