If you are looking for a place to stay south of Rangeley this is the place. Great price, great staff, easy trail access, restaurants nearby, trailer parking. Room was nice, warm, coffee was ready first thing in the morning. Easy to find right off main road.
Last minute booking for my family. We were pleasantly surprised. The Inn was clean and welcoming. Staff was just so kind and caring. Exactly what you are looking for when you are in a small Maine town Inn.
We rented a two bedroom suite on the first floor. Very spacious. Extremely clean. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners are very nice and helpful. The well-manicured grounds are lovely with many trees and flowers. Dock access to the lake. You can't go wrong staying here!
The owners and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful. A beautiful get away. Would definitely plan another visit.
We stayed for 2 nights so that we could explore the region. The Inn (motel really) was clean and the folks running it were very helpful. Our room was a bit dated (brown vinyl bathroom floor, VERY loud fan/light combo in the bathroom and squeaky door, toilet that was not efficient) but comfortable enough. The grounds are lovely and the location near the lake is awesome. There are many excellent hikes in the area - we went up Tumbledown one day (get there early on a sunny weekend day) and nearby Bald Mountain the next, after kayaking in Wilson Lake. We brought our own breakfast and lunch items (little fridges in each room) and ate outside dinner at Salt & Pepper (decent but not great) and at the Farm House Beer Garden in Farmington (pizza was OK but very fun atmosphere). Ambition brew pub in Wilton was a fun stop too. We really loved this area of our beautiful state and would happily stay at the WLI again (perhaps in a different room though).…
