The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn was outstanding. On a particular night where we came in extremely tired from walking around D.C., one of the staff members even offered to go pick up dinner for us. Our room was very comfortable and impeccably clean as was the rest room. The location is great as the metro is nearby and...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bethesda. We arrived early on the day of check in. But, to our surprise, our room was ready for check in. So we were able to check early! There was an extra charge for parking in the parking deck, but, there was plenty of parking spots available and was...

This hotel was immaculate, the beds are comfortable, the carper was clean as well as the restrooms. The front desk staff was helpful, polite and well informed. The manager that I spoke with (reservation mistake of the central booking not the hotel) was so wonderful, she handled the problem quickly and professionally. I wish I could remember her name so...

Exceptional staff- very kind, friendly and hospitable! Parking garage is easy to access. Close walk to the Metro. Clean, secure, decent accommodations if you don't want to leave the hotel. Will revisit!

Welcoming staff with convenient parking. Rooms comfortable and roomy enough for a 2 day stay. More than adequate desk space to work comfortably for several hours. A small bar and roomy dining room to catch a convenient meal.

My family and I drove in from Arkansas for the inauguration. We had anticipated arriving on 1/18 mid morning, however due to change of plans we actually arrived at 5am on day of check in. The lady at front desk was so helpful, she had a room ready for us and waived the extra charge for additional night. She provided...

Well located hotel, very quiet, clean and with very good service. Because with were there on January 20, 2017 the price was high. The Wi-Fi internet did not work on Friday evening and Saturday morning.

The bar closes early but you can get room service until 10pm for food. Breakfast is good. They do have a 24 hour snack bar so you can get chips and cokes at any time. The rooms have decent TV stations and the free internet is acceptable.

The desk staff were extremely helpful. Clean rooms. One block away from Wisconsin Avenue; can walk to the Bethesda Metro Center. Having a microwave ovens in the rooms saves from having to eat out every night.

We loved this hotel. The location is fantastic - just off Wisconsin Avenue and close to the Bethesda Metro. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean and had a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The hallways were well-lit. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was one of the best hotel...
