This is the worst, most disgusting, vile motel I have ever seen. Do not pay them without seeing the room first as they will not give you a refund. I do not know how they even call this a motel. This isn't a matter of just dirty. They don't touch anything. You will not sleep under the sheets- they don't...

This place is dicusting everything is dirty. Found trash behind the furniture and under the bed. Carpet has mold and stains growing on it. No fire detectors. Cigarette burns in the linens. No soap of any kind anywhere. And after you check In and complain about the terrible rundown shape of the rooms all you get is sorry no refunds....

Before you think of stopping at the Chesapeake Motel, you have to ask yourself... why are you coming here? Are you looking for a nice, quaint Eastern Shore getaway? You've found the wrong property. It is indeed dated to the point of being somewhat unappealing, the property grounds look somewhat unkempt, and it's very much that "trashy motel" feel that...

First and foremost, we purchased our room for 55 dollars a night. After entering the room we discoverd to our HORROR a filthy, smokey run down room with the cieling collapsing, exposed electrical wires and a filthy bathroom. I really had no choice but to stay at this place but it wasn't worth the money I paid. Over 70.00 total for 2 people. This motel is very modestly priced for the area it is in. If you are just passing through for a night, this place will do as long as you are not bothered by very modest accomodations. The room was clean but some lights didn't work, there were no towels and no cups and no TV remote. Rather than take care...

We first thought oh-oh... but the rooms were clean and the restaurant nearby offered really good food. We would not spend a week here but spending the night passing through wasn't too bad at all.

One star rating is too good for this DUMP. We made plans to stay here in Oct. so we could enjoy the reception at a family wedding on Kent Island.
