I stopped by a week before to reserve a room for me and my husband for our anniversary weekend. I was pleasantly greeted by Keileigh and she was kind and attentive. She looked thoroughly for the best rates (Marriott rewards member and AAA member). Keileigh also ask the occasion and wished me a early Happy Anniversary. This would be my...

After being on the road for four hours, all I needed was a comfortable place to lay my head and get some sleep. The property is lovely, with a very hip bistro-coffee shop in the lobby, as well as a comfy looking "chillax" space with sofas and comfy chairs around a fireplace. It would be a nice place to meet...

Hotel should post on their web site that they have no heat in common areas (room does have heat). There were few cars in parking lot, and now we know why - no heat. The Courtyard has been poor (compared to other Marriotts), but no heat, poor service, a coffee maker with water in it left from previous guest, a...

The room was raggedy with peeling wallpaper and dirty carpet. The TV did not get good, basic cable and local channels. We had to watch AMC's The Walking Dead in the lobby and leave the comfort of my room because my room TV did not get the AMC channel. The AA male manager was playing his music extremely loud as...

My daughter and I had three medical appointments in Baltimore one on one day two the next. We live in PA so we stayed at this hotel for the night. It rained for the whole two days we were there last week so there wasn't much to do. The refrigerator did not work and had spiders in it. Please tell...

The staff was very friendly upon checkin and the room was OK. The beds were comfy and the room was a good size for a family of 4. Our only real complaint was that it was loud. It was a Saturday night so I assume it was just busy but I felt like the walls and door were thin to...

This is a standard Courtyard hotel that offers all of the amenities that Courtyard customers expect: good workspace, television with a good selection of channels, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, although only the lobby has been upgraded to the latest Courtyard look (at least, that was the case when I last visited). The hotel is...

My love and I stayed here, when I walked into my room it had stiff air smell- housekeeping took care of it immediately. I was able to leave a key for my love at the front and they asked for his name as they had to check ID-that was a plus!! The bistro food was delicious. Room was clean bathroom...

This hotel is well situated just off I 83 in Hunt Valley MD. Easy access to Hunt Valley Mall which is home to Regal Cinemas, Wegmans and plenty of shops & restaurants. The hotel could do with a facelift. The rooms are small but clean and the bathrooms are 'tired'. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The Bistro offers a small...
