Used this property as a stop over while travelling the GAP. What a great surprise. I am so happy that the B and Bs and hotels in Frostburg were full. For a cyclist the approach from the eats was great as it was a down hill almost all the way from the Mason Dixon line. The property itself it awesome... More

Totally cool place and quiet. An old turn of the century chateau thats being gradually restored. If you like different accommodation experiences this isn't the Sheraton.. Thanks god. Hosts are very accommodating and engaging. The area is really neat as well

We received a gift certificate for the Castle and used it as a base to explore several Frank Lloyd Wright houses that are near by (50 miles or so) in Southern Pennsylvania. Tony and Judi made us feel wonderfully welcome. Because we were the only ones staying there early in the week, they upgraded us to a larger room. Tony... More

I stayed here for a a few nights while attending a wedding in western Maryland. The grounds were beautiful, it was spring and flowers were just starting to bloom. The breakfasts were so delicious and over the top. Fresh muffins, fruit parfait, waffles, eggs, quiche, different coffees and juices. The breakfasts were splendid. The rooms were nice, quaint, and romantic.... More

My wife and I stayed a night while bicycling with four other couples on the GAP Trail. The side trip over to the B and B was a little inconvenient, but not too bad. It involves about a mile ride on a rode- some pretty steep. But it's worth it for the nicely appointed rooms and common areas. The food... More

A wonderful find! Portions of the building date back to the 1840's and at one point the place was a brothel! Owners Judy and Tony lovingly restored it and made us feel at home. Lovely grounds and excellent breakfast. They also cater weddings and do private dining. The Castle is a short drive from Frostburg and other area attractions.

My fiancee' and I stayed at the Castle, as one of the last people to inhabit the separate cabin at the bottom of the hill. We LOVED it! The innkeepers are terrific people, and the setting is amazing. The views are terrific and it would be a great place to visit in the fall when the leaves are turning. There... More

My husband and I were welcomed and had a wonderful romantic stay at Castle B and B. We enjoyed the surrounding sights and even got to go for a ride on the nearby scenic railroad. The service and accommodations at The Castle were great. We were very pleased and would welcome a trip back. The owners Judy and Tony were... More
