The location of this hotel was good, since we were traveling. It is an older hotel, looks as if they have done some remodeling, but are much need off more. This is one of the hotels that has switched to the fake hardwood floor, the room was very cold ( was set on 60 degrees) when we walked in so...

Average Older Econo Lodge. All Rooms are Drive-Up which is always Convenient. O.K. for a quick Overnight Stop if traveling North or South on Rt. 13. Not Much of a Breakfast. Main Issue was Flies , and More Flies. Killed loads of them but their numbers never seemed to lessen. Rates are in my opinion " High " for this...

The Negatives: You can smell the mold as soon as you enter the room. Upon further inspection, found that my bedsheets were not changed and that the mattress covers on both beds had mold (pictures provided). The Front Desk (possible owner) was nice enough to immediately move my family to another room. She even gave the housekeeper specific instructions to...

You get a moldy smell emanating from the room as soon as you open the door. We had to buy pillows, pillowcases, sheets and blankets because the linens on the bed were dingy and smelly. The place was not clean. The bathroom, had small piles of dirt against the walls and the bathtub was gross. We had to buy a...

Next time, we'll stay a few miles farther away! Glad we had our Lysol spray! AC leaked on carpet and it was soggy thru 2 night stay. Poor lighting, indoor and out. Wouldn't get in pool. No room for sitting anywhere but bed. Connecting rooms locked by slide bolts with 1/2" screws. Security door locks the same! Recently painted -...

The place is simple, and fairly cheap. You get what you'd expect. It is dark and gloomy inside. The fridge was NOT plugged in and AC took awhile to get going. A lot of people working in the local area stay here as a tempoary residence.

We stayed at the Pocomoke City Econo Lodge on our way to the Outer Banks. Motel was right on our route, so easy to find. The room did have a musty, mildew odor which I had read on other reviews. We took a quick trip to the local Dollar Store for an air fresher. Clipped it to the air conditioner...

My family and I stayed here because it was the cheapest at the time and we were going to Ocean City. Never again!!! The restroom in the lobby is terrible and makes you want to vomit, there may be an old diaper in there, no one cleans the pool, which is very suspect, and the rooms smell very, very moldy....
