Pat and Vince are marvelous. The location is great. The Inn is historic. The breakfast is scrumptious. I met several people who have come year after year, which is a great sign. Honestly, I don't know how you could find a better place. Fantastic.

From arrival and being greeted by Pat and Vince we felt like we were visiting friends. We were given a tour of the entire house, encouraged to use common areas for relaxing, helped with our luggage, served a wonderful warm breakfast each morning. This B&B has it all! Great Inn keepers, delicious breakfast, beautiful accommodations. Highly recommend this beautiful historic Inn. Pat and Vince are extremely knowledgeable about all the area has to offer and super nice, offering to book ferry tickets or make dinner reservations.

Our first B&B experience..now the bar is set very high!!! A beautiful, well taken care, awesome house. On top of this, a super couple who owns it. Both of them are extremly, nice, kind, helpful and great hosts. We had great 3 days. If you are thinking to visit Cod, MV and/or Nantucket...this is the place to stay.

This was our first visit to Cape Cod. Ashley Manor had a great website for room review and booking was super easy. Vince and Pat were great hosts. The bed was super, the room inviting and comfortable and super clean. Breakfasts are super. A wonderful find and highly recommended. The Kellers, Atlanta, GA.

The innkeepers Pat & Vince are so wonderful! They treated us like royalty! They made our stay by making sure we had everything we needed. I felt like they were family by the time we left. From the moment we drove up I had a good feeling about the place. We were greeted by Vince and Pat, who were delightful hosts. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were great. Ashley Manor is located in a great part of Cape Cod, and close enough to walk into the nearby town and explore the area...

We spent a fabulous week at Ashley Manor which is located on the edge of Barnstaple an interesting town with artisan shops, cafes and restaurants. There were several beautiful local beaches within a 15 minute drive. Pat and Vince were very welcoming and were perfect hosts providing us with local information and booking trips. We had the most delicious breakfasts...

Vince and Pat were incredibly welcoming. Room was well appointed and comfortable. The property was conveniently located close to village restaurants and the wharf. The daily breakfast was delightful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
