Staying at Ashley Manor was one of the best decisions we made when planning our trip! Vince & Pat are the most welcoming people we have ever met! They went above & beyond the entire time we stayed with them. We stayed in Phinney's Terrace and really enjoyed sitting outside on our own private terrace enjoying the view. Breakfast was...

My boyfriend and I spent several nights here in late July. We stayed in the Canterbury suite, which was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great! Although the inn was full, it was so quiet and peaceful that we felt like we were the only guests there. The inn is centrally located, providing...

My friend and I just came back from our girls getaway and we stayed at Ashley Manor for 3 nights. We were in the Canterbury suite which was immaculately clean and very roomy. Innkeepers Vince and Pat were so warm and hospitable that I did not want to leave! They felt like family!! Both of them took time to help...

My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon in early July 2013. Vince and Pat were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure to stay here! The breakfasts were fantastic each morning, the location itself on the cape was very good, within reasonable driving distance of a lot of things, and both Vince and Pat were very...

When you think Bed & Breakfast, THIS is the place that you hope it will be. The Inn couldn't have been more ideal, right down to the 18th century home that has been modernized for luxury, while retaining its old world charm. Our hosts, Pat and Vince, were warm and welcoming. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all things...

We stayed at Ashley Manor for 3 nights in early July 2013 and had a wonderful experience. Pat and Vince were excellent hosts and have done a beautiful job adding modern conveniences such as A/C and TV yet maintaining the historic character of their property. Breakfasts were delicious and imaginative and the patio setting was a great place to eat...

Everything on our stay was great, especially the homemade breakfasts (thanks Vince). Vince and his wife Pat made excellent suggestions about places to visit or eat which were extremely helpful; we used their insight on just about all our decisions. You do have to drive to just about any other location, attraction, restaurant, town, etc; but, that seemed on par...

We had guests over from England. It was their first visit to Cape Cod. We stayed at the Ashley Manor for two nights with them during their vacation. Vince and Pat made us completely at home in their home. Lovingly worked on by them to re-capture the (original) 1/2 Cod authenticity, it is a poignant reminder of times ( and...

We traveled to the Cape for the first time and could not have made a better choice! Ashley Manor is on historic Route 6A, which is great! We loved breakfast on the terrace and we loved King George's suite. The food was good and the company we sat with on our second morning was terrific! Pat and Vince were hospitable...
