Spent fours days with Pat and Vince at Ashley Manor. What great hosts they were. Made us feel right at home from the day we arrived to the day we left. We stayed in the Phinney’s Terrace room which was perfect for us. Bed was comfortable and the room very clean. Breakfast out on the patio was a great start...

We have just returned from our second visit to his wonderful B & B. We came back in 2012 and had such a great time we returned back to the same place. The property is ideally located for exploring Cape Cod. Vince and Pat are such wonderful hosts we were upset when we left them. The breakfasts are to die...

Just enjoyed a 4 night stay at this fantastic inn. Pat and Vince were superb hosts. The inn is located in a beautiful area with easy access to the Wonders of the Cape. This was our 1st visit to the Cape and it won't be our last. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The breakfasts on the patio/terrace were superb...

Ashley Manor is a beautiful place to stay! The house is really nice and dates back to the 1690s. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is just fantastic! There is a garden with furniture where you can relax in the sun, drinking wine or whatever, and every room has its own parkinglot. The inkeepers, Pat an Vince,...

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley Manor. It was comfortable and wonderfully situated. Innkeepers were nice. But I think we disappointed them because we eat differently than most Americans. My hope is that someday B&Bs adopt some no carb items for their "3 course" breakfasts e.g. Turkey bacon, grass fed beef sausage even kale or spinach in some form! But...

We liked Ashley Manor so much, we went back this year. We are so glad we did. Pat and Vince are great, thoughtful hosts. The breakfasts were always delicious. We highly recommend Ashley Manor! Much nicer than other B&Bs we have have stayed at.

We just came back from another round of great memories at the Ashley Manor. Joining Pat and Vince to spend few days there in their wonderful historic B&B is always a great time of the year and we feel sad when we had to leave. It is a lovely place, perfectly located on the Cape and so relaxing. Great and...

The Ashley Manor is a beautiful B&B, our room was spacious, very comfortable and had a private terrace. Their was also a mini fridge in the corridor with a shelf for each room, and water bottles provided. The hosts Vince and Pat are extremely nice and attentive, the breakfast served was very good (on the patio if weather permits). They...

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome from the friendly and helpful hosts. They accommodated our weird English need for tea and being vegetarian and provided varied and delicious breakfasts each of the five days we were there. We really enjoyed chatting to the other guests over breakfast or relaxing in the comfortable sitting room. This...

My husband and I stayed at Ashley Manor for a few days to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived, Pat and Vince had champagne chilling for us! They are very kind, thoughtful people who will help you make the most of your time in Cape Cod, from suggesting restaurants or whale watching tours or just relaxing on the patio. We...
