We had terrible flight mishaps and needed 30 rooms at 4am, they could not have been more accommodating, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast hit the spot. As we waited for our flights to be rescheduled. They let us hang out and check our luggage.

I stayed at this hotel the night before my flight out of Boston Logan airport. Their parking package was a good deal seeing that parking at the airport was not only a hassle, but extremely expensive. They offer a shuttle service (runs every 30 minutes). The hotel’s facilities are relatively new. My room was in pristine condition. They have a bar at the lobby. There is also a great Mexican restaurant walking distance (on the other side of Walgreens). I will certainly consider this hotel again when flying out of Boston.

The place still feels brand new. While some amenities such as the restaurant were not available due to the state restrictions, the beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were very modern with nice toiletries... You couldn't ask for much more. Have to say I do love that Holiday Inns have an oltion for a firm and a soft pillow. Easy access to the highways and not far from Logan Airport as well.

We had booked two rooms on Hotwire for 6 people traveling together. I called the hotel in advance to let them know we would be arriving late, they said no problem. When we arrived, they had moved our reservation to a month later, tried to blame it on the Hotwire affiliate, and told us we were ‘out of luck’. We were traveling with both our young children and their elderly grandparents. Every hotel in the city was booked due to the marathon. Eventually, they told us there was only one room left- with one bed. So, we had 6 people in one room and some of our party had to sleep on the floor. While the desk ladies were as helpful as they could have been, everyone should know of this. It seems like this is a common theme in these reviews, that especially on busy weekends, when the hotels can get away with double dipping and take your money and move your reservation, blame it on the Hotwire affiliate, and then also sell the same room a higher rate to someone else. PS good luck getting your money back, I have been on with Hotwire for about a week now trying to get a refund for the second room- which is obviously more than fair- but I continue to get the run around. If your travel is important or if you are traveling with the elderly or children I would not recommend booking this hotel.

Hard to judge this hotel .. I’ve stayed here before and it hasn’t changed much .. a newer property but within a neighborhood environment off of highway 1. No complimentary breakfast. Comfortable rooms and very clean.. minimal amenities. Staff were helpful and friendly during my stay. Parking adequate, but a little tight if you have a larger vehicle. Watch the shower floor - if it gets soapy it’s treacherously slippery! Overall, for a business stay to/from the airport it works well and I would recommend it for that. Last time I stayed had to take the shuttle from the airport and it was horrible - the shuttle doesn’t seem to have large ID so it passes you by.. look on the door of the shuttle for the holiday inn sign!!

We used park & fly and it honestly could not have been easier. We drove down from NH, stayed here on a Friday night and flew out Saturday morning. The room was spacious and clean; they even brought up a crib for our baby. In the morning, there was only one other person on the shuttle, which was right on time, and a quick 10 minutes to the airport. We left our car and when we returned a week later, the shuttle arrived about 15 minutes after we made the call. It was super fast & easy. The hotel staff and drivers were friendly and courteous, and the return driver even dropped us off right by our car. The whole process was so easy and we will definitely stay here again the next time we fly out of Boston. Thank you!

The front staff had no respect for COVId protocols. Despite the website stating masks were required in public areas, the man at the desk refused to wear one stating that only in Boston are masks required. We also saw cleaning crew without masks, going in and out of rooms.

The room itself was fine but defiant hotel staff is something that would cause me to stay elsewhere - with employees that have respect for the company, the rules and others. There are too many other hotels in the area- choose another.

Far from the city center: you need to use two buses or bus plus metro to get to heymarket.
The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, but uncomfortable "American" shower is built into the wall and has a weak water pressure.
Each room has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine, but we found no coffee, tea, sugar, glasses or cutlery.
Nothing at all.
And NO breakfast, even if you've already paid $ 11 per person per night for it.
No breakfast to take away, and no compensation. We just gave this hotel $44 for nothing

Coronavirus is a good excuse to reduce guest costs, ha-ha!

BEWARE of website promo! Advertised Park n Fly...$50 for 7 nights, but site charges three times that at booking. Call to get more information from "Ariel" who identifies herself as the Manager and she proceeds to tell me she isn't even aware of the ad and she would talk to "Revenue Manager." Two days later they update website special to "limited dates" and refuse to offer me the deal. Customer service at its finest.

Needing just one night to fly in to Boston and the out I chose this hotel near the airport based on ratings, price, and free airport shuttle. I was surprised to find no shuttle available when I landed due to an employee emergency. But the hotel staff stepped up and took care of me. When I arrived I found the hotel cleaner than most airport hotels. It has a modern decor and up-to-date facilities. The staff was over the top nice. My one night turned into two due a flight delay and they graciously accommodated my need with minimal effort. The hotel is in a cute area with nearby features from shopping, walking along a creek, and a nice, safe residential area.
Round the clock hot coffee, tea, and fruited water are a nice touch along with the in house restaurant, bar, and sundry shop, simple needs are well met.
