My sister and her family and my husband and I stayed here over NYE. Great airport hotel all our needs were met. Rooms were clean. Check n and out on app worked well and no issues. Airport shuttle was prompt to and from hotel and drivers were good. There is a great restaurant Chelsea Station within walking distance. If sounds bother you this may not be place for you as it is close to a train track but we weren’t bothered by it. Would stay here again

So this hotel is billed as an airport hotel but you find out if you land after 10pm their is no airport shuttle. Really? You can't send someone over to pick up guests if they call? Its already an expensive hotel in an area that has limited amenities and adding a ride share/taxi fare to your bill makes you think twice about booking here.
The hotel itself seems newer, the rooms are clean, and check-in/check-out was fine.
The morning breakfast buffet is what they used to serve you for free - prepared continental but charge $16 to $20 for. And no, Hilton Honors members don't get it for free. Pass on this and go across the street for some real coffee and a breakfast sandwich.
Overall I think service at most hotels nowadays has gone downhill with charging for everything and limiting services all in the name of profit.

The hotel is nice. Check in was smooth at the front desk. The freshly baked cookies were a nice touch. The room was clean and spacious. We had dinner at their pub and it was tasty. Our server was very sweet.
The reason I am giving it a total of 3 stars is its location for me. It is by a train station that is extremely loud. Every 30 minutes or so a train would go by and honk a very loud horn. I could not sleep. I tried ear plugs, sounds app, hiding under the pillow...I couldn't get to sleep. I had a miserable time.
My husband on the other hand was sound asleep through this! We had an early flight out of Logan the next day so we made the reservation here to be 10 minutes away from the airport. I'm not generally a light sleeper but this train is loud. Beware if you're a light sleeper. If not, you'll be fine.

I travel for work, am a total Hilton snob, and rarely stay elsewhere. I was in Boston for business and leisure. The night before my flight, I used points to stay at the DoubleTree by the airport. I had a friend who is a total Marriott snob, so we bantered back and forth about which chain was better. The service here was embarrassing. I hopped in the shower and realized there was no body wash, so I used the bar of soap and figured I would ask later. It was no big deal. I called the front desk and asked about it, and she said there should be a tube in the shower on the wall. I explained there wasn't a holder/tube in there, and she said she would send someone up with it. The guy came up with soap, which we already had, and I explained that I asked for body wash and was told only the suites get body wash. My room only gets soap. I was puzzled and annoyed with the snotty attitude as if I had caused him extra work. At 3 AM, there were two knocks on the door, and then I heard the electronic key noise. Thankfully, I had the top lock on. I looked through the peephole, and it was a hotel employee! I opened the door half awake, and he apologized and said he thought the room was empty because it wasn't on the list. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. I called Hilton corporate and filed a complaint. They said they give the hotel 48 hours to respond before they do anything, no problem. At checkout, I asked for the GM and was told she was in in the afternoon. The 3 AM guy was there, and I guess a manager didn't see a name tag. Conveniently, their systems were "down," and she couldn't do anything but promise she will call me later that day when they are up. I told her when I would land in Orlando and said feel free to text or leave a voicemail if needed. That was May 26. I have been beyond patient, and today, June 14, I called corporate again. The hotel logged a note that they sent an apology email; however, no such email arrived at my work or personal email (yes, I checked spam, lol). Finally, Hilton Corporate made things right. I will be back in the area to work with an entire team in October and can guarantee that we will NOT be staying there. Do better DT Chelsea!

Staff not friendly. Breakfast staff just nasty. She needs to find a new job. Went to front desk they did not care for a lifetime diamond member. They just do not care. If they do not care about that level of a customer they need to clean house get an entire new staff.

It was excellent. would go back again Fransco was very helpful and gave exceptional service. Hope to have him visit our lovely Island Barbados. The location was not close to any food places/ restaurants but the shuttle was able to take us to the train station. From the train station we went downtown which has everything.

Stayed here for first time as was better value than downtown hotels. Hotel was clean and service excellent. I left some clothes in the room and the manager was really helpful and organised them to be shipped home for me.

Hotel is clean, function, good pool & gym. There is a large supermarket next door. The main advantage of this hotel, (aside from often being cheaper than downtown), is the excellent transportation connections. Regular complementary shuttle bus to all airport terminals is great & hotel is right next to Chelsea MBTA station which has regular trains to Boston North Station & North Shore/Cape Ann. The Silver line also stops at Chelsea which takes you straight into Seaport/South Station. Summary: Good alternative to more expensive downtown hotels, but with excellent service & transport links.

I stayed here twice recently, and despite an advertised 2X an hour airport shuttle, both times I waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle to pick me up. Set a new personal record for me - standing by the curb waiting for a ride! When I finally got to the hotel (about 1930) there was no one at the desk. After waiting a few minutes I hollered "hello" and a clerk wandered out. No greeting, no apologies for my wait.

Despite having all my information (Credit card, Hilton Honors, Address) the hotel puts a $50.00 charge on your credit card when you check in - just in case you charge something to your room.

The room was comfortable and quiet. I guess that's the only good thing to say about this hotel.

Our room on our first night wasn't bad and our service was excellent when greeted, on our return flight we were disappointed to find that the shuttle stops running at 10pm, which was disappointing. After finally getting into our room we found the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as if someone had been smoking in our room right up until we checked in. I'm sure we could have switched it just seemed inconvenient and frustrating after a long flight and late at night. We only slept for a few hours then got up and left to drive home, it seemed excessive to demand to switch rooms but frustrating that the quality of cleanliness was lacking during these times.

The hotel in question can be described as mediocre at best. Despite its convenient location, several factors contribute to its less-than-optimal reputation. These include a rather limited in-house convenience store, insufficiently labeled areas, very poor breakfast options, and a poorly designed restaurant. Most concerning, however, is the incredibly discourteous and inhospitable behavior of a particular waiter (the only one in site). My colleagues and I felt distinctly unwelcome due to his actions, prompting us to file multiple complaints regarding his conduct. Disappointingly, our concerns were not adequately addressed, and we were left with the impression that our grievances fell on deaf ears. Overall, the experience was highly unsatisfactory and quite distasteful, standing out negatively among the multitude of hotels I have visited throughout my life.

Yes. When I stayed they offered to come pick us up at the rental car center if we wanted to return our car the night before our flight, so we didn’t have to deal with returning it the next morning before an early flight.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus on the hour and half hour from outside the hotel reception to the airport and to the airport subway station. From there you can connect to the subway into the city. To get to the hotel from the airport or airport subway, you need to call hotel reception who will then despatch the shuttle bus to pick you up. From calling the hotel to the shuttle arriving at the airport takes about 10-15 minutes. Chelsea train station is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. From there you can catch the train up the coast to Rockport. Chelsea station is a request stop, so to catch the train you need to stand in the marked box on the platform and to get off the train, you need to inform the guard.
