Needed hotel due to no available flight home when returning from the Azores. Hotel offers airport shuttle which arrived quickly. Enjoyed a nice meal in the cafe. Comfy beds. Definitely recommend. Great overall experience.

The renovations to this property are very clean and thorough. This property had everything I needed right next to the Boston airport and included a shuttle but I could also park my rental car for free.. I Iove that Dunkin is right behind it!

My boyfriend and I were able to Uber to fenway park within 10 minutes. We explored downtown all night then came back. Close to everything and the airport. Free airport shuttle. The cookies were amazing and the staff was great too

The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating during check in. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only down side was that the hotel shuttle does not go to Fenway park. It was easy to get an Uber, though!

About the pool... and some others mentioned noise, odors? My two children and I are stopping in for two nights on our way up north. Being at a nice hotel and swimming in the pool would have been the main attraction of the days, and I'm a little worried when I read some recent reviews. A few weeks ago when I showed the kids the website, it said pool was under construction. When I called, the staff didn't know if it would be useable mid June. :-( I even emailed Wyndham to ask, but I have had no reply. If I could cancel and rebook elsewhere I would, but I booked thru Hotwire. You swam in the indoor pool? Seems all finished and fine to you? Thanks so much for the details!
I remember them saying the pool was working, but I didn't see it. Definitely a lit of construction. So sorry I can't help.

Is this hotel served by mass transit?
The hotel offers a shuttle bus on the hour and half hour from outside the hotel reception to the airport and to the airport subway station. From there you can connect to the subway into the city. To get to the hotel from the airport or airport subway, you need to call hotel reception who will then despatch the shuttle bus to pick you up. From calling the hotel to the shuttle arriving at the airport takes about 10-15 minutes. Chelsea train station is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. From there you can catch the train up the coast to Rockport. Chelsea station is a request stop, so to catch the train you need to stand in the marked box on the platform and to get off the train, you need to inform the guard.

Hi, I have emailed the hotel twice to ask about where to get the free shuttle bus to the hotel, no reply. We will be arriving on August 26th at around 7.30pm. Any help would be great. Thank you, Kim
Shuttles run every 30 mins. Picked us up promptly. Also offered us drop off and pick up service to/from Airport Blue Line station the day we went downtown Boston. Check out the italian restaurant (Floramo's) adjacent to the hotel. Large portions of delicious food, reasonable prices and great servers
