The staff was the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered and the most unprofessional. Please stay away from this hotel at alll cost. They never return your payment as you can see from all other reviews , I will never ever stay here again

There is not a subway station within walking distance of the hotel. However, our complimentary airport shuttle stops at the Airport Station for the Blue Line of the subway system. Our shuttle runs from 4am until 2am at night each day. Depending on traffic the shuttle takes about 15-20 minutes from the hotel to the station. The subway ride into downtown from the Airport Station is around 15 minutes.
