We loved this hotel! The staff was amazing. It was half hour from Boston: convenient for the game we were going to see, and the shopping in Danvers helped us so much when we realized my daughter had lost her coat on the trip. We also loaded up on cheap groceries at the grocery store in Danvers to take into...

The name speaks for itself. It has all the ammenities one would need when traveling, plus a indoor pool and fitness room. Room included, a fridge, microwave, iron and blowdryer. There is always complementary water, coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby, which i thought was fabulous! The mattresses are so comfortable that my mother and I asked the front...

The hotel is not located in an easy access street. Staff is not polite with customers. The price ($213 per night) was considerably high having into consideration that plumbing does not work properly in washbowls, bathtubs and toilets. Hotel personal in this hotel does not show an interest in solving customers' needs. Never again!

We pre-booked this hotel for the first night of a touring holiday of North America. Plenty of parking and a clean, well sized room welcomed us and friendly staff recommended a lovely Italian restaurant that was walking distance from the site. Jet-lag caught up with most of the family and only I got to use the pool. There were 2,...

We booked a room here on a last-minute, overnight trip to Salem. The booking was easy and the staff was friendly. The hotel was easy to find and not a far ride from where we wanted to explore.
