This is an older motel, but in good shape with clean rooms, and is conveniently located on rt 1 north of Boston. I drove to downtown Boston in 30 min when traffic was light. The great price included a serviceable cold breakfast and coffee. my room was large and had a refrigerator and microwave (all under $100). Nice staff also.

The staff were friendly once we found the place. The location was hard to find as it sits between two freeways and no sign providing directions. The room was clean , however kept awake by people in next door room and traffic from I95. The breakfast was minimal but all right. Hotel was not expensive however I would have appreciated a coffee maker in room

We were very disappointed. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it had an oder. It was not clean and everything was so worn out that it was depressing to be there. I do not recommend this place. Stay away.

Room was clean, and was quiet. We will definitely stay here again. The shower had awesome water pressure, and was close to everywhere we wanted to visit.It was our last stop before heading up to Gloucester for fishing, and visiting the neighboring cities over the following 5 days.
