Pros: Unbeatable location, as others have said Pool was perfect for kids to play in and not crowded at all on a summer weekend Staff was super friendly and always greeted us hello/said goodbye Cons: Decor was dated/going downhill. Room had a motel type feel. Bathroom had mold in the bathtub and didn't feel super clean. Food at the Wave...

This is a 3 1/2 star hotel charging 5+ star prices. While the staff is nice, they are mostly summer interns that seemed new to the hospitality industry. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Egartown. We could see the harbor from our room! The grounds we a mess, partly due a renovation of their restaurant, but there...

Stayed here in early October. Very comfortable room, great location and loved the cookies and milk! Hotel situated right in the middle of everything and so convenient. Loved the off season rates. Can't go wrong. Would definitely stay there again!

We chose Kelley House primarily for its Edgartown location. The room decor is what you would expect to find in a historical inn. We were nervous about being assigned to a first-floor room next to the pool and outdoor bar. Our room was little noisy during the day, but we weren't there much anyhow. More importantly, it was surprisingly quiet...

The location of this Inn is unbeatable. You can walk to the beach, lighthouse, shops, restaurants. Perfect with kids as it has a pool right in the middle of town! You can see the boats while at the pool. There is also a great pool bar. If your kids are teens, you will not mind them wandering off for ice...

Stayed at the Kelley House in June. We were really excited as we have vacationed in MVY for many years and had always wanted to stay at the hotel. The location is awesome, right in the middle of town and across from the harbor. The exterior of the hotel is great, as is the lobby. However, once you get beyond...

I was very happy with our 3 night stay at the Kelley House. Some of the reviews about the rooms did make me nervous but we had a nice room on the 2nd floor. It was over looking the street and parking lot which was pretty crowded but noise was not bad and I enjoyed people watching from our window....

We recently stayed at the Kelley House in Edgartown. We have stayed here many times. It is the sister hotel to Harbor View Inn which is elegant and amazing! It was booked for a wedding so we ended up at Kelley house. The location is perfect, right in the middle of downtown, great restaurants, shopping and water views. I do...

Great location and there's a pool, however, this hotel doesn't rate with the other hotels labeled as National Historic Hotels. It was sparse 1980s decor. I love Edgartown and stayed for two nights. Too pricey and no ambience. Disappointing hotel.

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews because our experience at the Kelley House was great! First of all, a perfect location in the center of the town, but still in a quiet area so you don't hear any noise. It was walking distance to all the great restaurants, bus station, port, the Lighthouse and its beach. We had...
