The Victorian is a charming property located on a prime piece of real estate in Edgartown. If you want to be in the heart of town yet be able to relax in a quiet, beautiful setting, look no further. That being said, if you want to be pampered and experience the warmth and hospitality of a bed and breakfast, the...

Management response:

Thank you for your comments. I am extremely disappointed that we did not come close to your expectations and certainly not the level that I am striving for as well. We have indeed just taken over this inn and have two inns here in Edgartown. I will not try to make any excuses for my staff and training will be...

Martha's Vineyard is just what you'd expect. Gorgeous and quaint. This b&b was wonderful and I'm the heart of everything. I would stay here every time I come if possible. It actually was part of the movie Jaws which was even cooler for me as I'd always wanted to see where it was filmed.

this experience sells me on the bed and breakfast idea. The owners of this inn go above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. I felt, indeed, that I was 'at home' rather than somewhere cold and impersonal. I could write for pages about the amazing home-cooked breakfast, served outdoors in a charming garden. Here's the bad news....

Lovely atmosphere; Inn run by most friendly innkeepers and lovely staff. Convenient to town, so close to the water and all restaurants, and yet quiet. September, October would be best months for Martha's Vineyard and Edgartown - no crowds, but the weather is splendid ( for the most part :) )

We stayed here only one night but thoroughly enjoyed the inn. The steep steps up to the second floor are an inconvenience but we were assisted with our luggage so it was not a real problem. The inn is beautifully maintained and conveniently located. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with special attention paid to my dietary restrictions....

This is my favorite inn on the Island. It doesn't get too much better than this well maintained treasure. I own The Olde Savannah Inn in Savannah, Georgia and I wouldn't stay anywhere else unless they are booked. I was on the island with family in Vineyard Haven and I decided to go to Edgartown. I called the owner, Steven...

A perfect location for our stay in Edgartown. The owner, Stephen, and his staff, are extremely accomodating and knowledgable of the area. Accommodations are immaculate and very comfortable. This is our second stay and we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Victorian. The location was very convenient since you could walk to restaurants, stores, the harbor, & bike rentals. The entire inn was immaculate. We stayed in room 15 which was on the second floor. The steps were quite steep & narrow, but they handled our luggage for us so the steps weren't a...

I can't say enough about our stay at The Victorian. When I was choosing where to stay when planning our vacation, I read many reviews of many places but what really convinced me was I began emailing Stephen, the innkeeper and he answered every little question I had. I was very impressed by his prompt replies. We loved everything about...
