What a great little hotel! Perfect location within Edgartown. So clean! Maureen at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating it is as if she was trained by The Ritz. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was equally as nice. Highly recommended. We will be back.

We were looking for a moderately priced hotel in Edgartown, which is close to impossible once summer begins. We found the Edgartown Lodge via the web and their site was straightforward, you knew what you were getting, I don't know how the person from Dublin screwed it up, probably because they used Expedia. Anyway, the lodge is a fine place... More

I booked this hotel via hotels.com for two night in July. Terms and conditions that advised no charges would be processed until departure and that cancellations could be processed up to 30 days in advance. I was charged the full amount up front. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel my trip and the hotel as so far only... More

Our arrival with Maureen was a very positive experience. She was so welcoming and helpful. This place is so close to everything but quiet. We were concerned that cars and buses went by so close but you really couldn't hear them inside. We could walk to the bus stop, a wonderful coffee shop and downtown for anything you may want... I travel often and never write reviews - but after reading the 8/10/2010 negative review - I felt compelled to write. My wife and I have vacationed on the Vineyard for over twenty years. About six years ago we found a hidden gem - Edgartown Lodge. Excellent value and great location - within walking distance of everything in Edgartown and... More

I never write reviews but feel like I should warn others not to stay at the Edgartown Lodge. My husband and I paid $530 for 2 nights. Our room was not very nice and very noisy (we needed to run the AC constanly as the traffic below was so loud). The television was barely working and there was no coffee... More

I was impressed once I got to this place. We took the #13 bus from Oak Bluffs port right to the hotel. The hotel is right next to a main bus stop. From that bus stop you can get any bus to any location in the entire Island that buses go to. The bus location was not noisey, so it... More

Great location! You could spend double on accommodation that is essentially the same thing--and in a less convenient location. We had a corner room which was nice because the cross breeze. Bikes easy to rent by the harbor, and bus access was next door, very convenient--as is the town generally. They don't make the beds apparently which wasn't made clear... More

Very comfy and clean place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the location, walking distance to the town square and some great restaurants.
